Professor honeydew really is just one of those profound thinkers that leaves you speechless, that is part of the reason why so many of his peers are so green with envy.
That and he infests anyone who foolishly refuses to listen to his wisdom with spores.
Professor Honeydew made some pretty profound points. Really opened my eyes about the Dimension Horror crisis. Such wisdom. A true symbol of quiet intellect
And he made his points without interrupting anyone. Society could use more respectful debaters like him.

I thought we should hunt down ever last dimensional horror until the species is extinct and gone. But he really changed by point of view whilst releasing oxygen.
Just last week I saw a galactic horror caught in one of those plastic six-pack rings. I tried helping it but the poor thing was so scared it lashed out at me. I'm currently in its belly, I have 6 hours of oxygen left.

I've always been a big fan of Professor Honeydew. As the head professor of xenobiology at Miskatonic University on R'lyeh, I have read many of their writings, including those on biodiversity and xeno-compatability. I truly envy their work. This interview only solidified my opinion of them, as I think they brought up a great point - especially in response to Globsig. Keep on keeping on, Dr. Honeydew!

We should propose the dimensional horror protection resolution
That would be both horrible and great to add into the game. Imagine being strong enough to defend your own boarders and just wanting the crisis to destroy your competition, so you make a resolution to protect the crisis. You can still defend your systems, but destroying it in 'its' territory puts you open for sanctions. Such a troll move for a diplomatic nation.

It seems like every week we are told that a new species has completed a mega structure or finished the colossus project but whenever a guardian dies we think "well, it doesn't really matter, we probably couldn't have Jumped to it anyway". Imagine the permanent empire modifiers and relics some other species will enjoy next time you click past a "IN A DISTANT SYSTEM" popup.
I keep hearing everyone debating about whether we should save Extra Dimensional Horrors or not, when we should really be asking a completely different and far more important question: Should we strive to become Extra Dimensional Horrors or not? This is a serious issue for serious times.
Take 3 other ascension perks, ethics shift away from pacifism, and vassalize your neighbors to find out!

I was told this is nonsense from a lovely group who work for interstellar shipping Inc and they said that not only to dimensional horrors eat space ships (something even those Marxists accept), they don't even make -that- many habitable world's. We'd be fine for at least 5 years if they were extinct.

But I have heard reports that these dimensional horrors are not native to our reality and is in-fact an invasive species from their home "reality" and actually have profoundly negative impacts on our galactic ecosystem. Not to mention trade routes, while their traffic does decrease overall, changes in routes to avoid encounters, and valuable cargo lost, actually instigate the very thing that it could potentially be solving. A small divestment to fund a project involving these dimensional horrors in attempt to secure, contain, or protect them or ourselves could be beneficial to everyone in the long term, but that security is necessary. To let what could potentially be an invasive species roam free unchecked is dangerous, and more studies must be conducted on the matter before we can start such a conservation process.
I'm so glad I've discovered this channel. +1 to the all mighty algorithm.

I've got a favorite custom civ ive played the most, and out of 7 or 8 playthroughs i've got the worm in waiting 5 or 6 times!
I've also goten it a few times with other species, while my stellaris playing friends have gotten it like once in total.
My friend hates me for it and it has got to the point where my favorite fungoid civ has spent more time looking like the blorg than itself..
