Very well said, Ken and Janelle. Servant hood is the highest calling we as Christians have been given. The greatest among you will be your servant, Matt.23:11 ✝
Lovely message, meant so much to me especially Pontus Pilot washing his hands ( being afraid of an uprising) and the contrast of Jesus, how our Lord loved & lifted the vale that our hearts may be stronger knowing we are stronger in faith through Him ❤🙏🌹🙏🌹🙏Thank you Janelle & Ken
Ken and Janelle, your videos always go along with what I am experiencing. In all humality I am telling that my family and I are not very financially well off. We have a very well off parish, and I have a lower status in life. Treatment by some people to us are very different. I have to learn to accept it and use it for humality. I was feeling pretty down until I saw your video! God Bless you both!
You are the family that is truly blessed as you trust in God to help you while many who are well off trust in themselves and their wealth. Hold your head up oh child of God!
So true that when you don’t expect a thank you, or acknowledgement you experience true humility. Over the past two years as I have rebounded back from being in hospice, I have learned to accept help from my children and my siblings with great humility. These videos are very good. Thank you for sharing these.
As always sweet couple thank you for your reflection today. As we prepare to move to Arizona and my husband retires I am grateful to God that we didn’t accumulate a lot of stuff and yet here we are still giving away many things looking forward to less so our whole focus can be on Jesus. A lot of retirees have lots of money in the bank but we will have only what we need and that’s okay because as we did before we rely on the Lord’s Providence who always met our needs❤️ So as we go into a more lowly estate we go with joy and gladness that we serve the Living God in the freedom of not being owned by our stuff🙏🏻
I really needed to hear this today it’s an answer to prayer. Thank you for the reminder of “serving” easier to do for others sometimes not so much at home.
Thank you! Bless you for supporting your daughter in the gluten free, dairy free diet. We have Celiac and it is so hard to go on the diet. It is definitely something to offer up, especially if her health improves.
My in-laws and step daughters are totally thankless for all that I do for them. My step daughters treat me like I don't exist, they speak not to me and their mother says nothing to them. My mother in-law is extremely condescending towards me. I'm 68 years of age and a Veteran and no respect is shown to me at all, except by my father in law. I now know how My Lord must've felt when he was in front of Pilate. Please Lord bring me home and save me from this Cross I bear.
God gives us strength to overcome our struggles. It is a struggle to provide for my children, as a single mother my sons are special needs, and require much from me but I know God will give me the strength and courage that I need. So while I struggle to buy groceries and while I struggle to pay rent. I will keep faith and praise God ALWAYS!
Oh no! When you ask the question about are you washing hands or washing feet, I was at the kitchen sink. Listening to this washing my hands off, making a meal. Oh my goodness, what terrible timing wonderful wonderful talk but just terrible timing for me
Thank you for the msg... but.. please get ready for the kids rebelion....which destroys so much of our peace and plans 😢 in the family. From the age 12 + it's a time to pray for the age of 17 and higher
