You’ve hit the nail on the head for all my issues my friend today I was using a boxing bag to kick it’s average size but very dense and I was kicking way too hard I ended up quitting half an hour into heavy bag training because it was way too much stress on my shins I’ll try to kick with less power instead of being a dummy next time 😂
Yesterday I did 50 left and 50 right for the first time in my life. Today I couldn't even do 3 due to the pain. Shall i practise once 2 days or just go for it daily? Please advise.
That’s probably because you kicked too hard. It’s important to start kicking gradually in the bag, especially Thai bags. Just practice your regular hand combos for a few days until your legs are better and then you can resume, but go gradually.
It is kind of interesting that top fighters from the golden age, like Samart Payakaroon, who has their own gym doesn't present themselves as "kru blahblah". But a whole buttload of people not having made a dent in the world of thai boxing, have a need to use all kind of thai titles for themselves. Wonder why? 🤔
Again; simple and effective. No tricks no gimmicks. Love it.

Yep, just like people who like to acknowledge themselves as being high degree Sensei's in an art that is totally irrelevant... 😂😂😴😴
