I’m new to cooking but looks like the bottom part of the broccolis was getting boiled, I thought steam doesn’t include boiling?

What differentiates these Our Place pots and pans from other brands in terms of peprformance? Do you think is worth the money?!

So, the main stand out features are the look/design and multifunctional aspect where there are different tools that are compatible to cook a wide variety of methods. They aim to try to have their pans function to replace an entire traditional cookware set. So it minimizes the number of pots/pans and space needed. The surface is a non stick ceramic coating that should last about 2-3 years but ultimately does wear out and will need to be replaced.
For me, ever since I received them, I use them about once a week for meal prepping the entire week. I find I like the Perfect Pot a little more due to its larger size. The Always Pan works really well but the volume of food I cook in one setting is a little more than that pans capacity. The non stock surface works extremely well and nothing has ever gotten stuck on it. Additionally it’s super super easy to clean where you can wash and wipe them both down in a matter of minutes. For the convenience, I think it’s definitely worth the price. I have been very surprised with how well the whole set up performs.
