That's likely the youtube AI associating "Lidia" with Tekken 7 instead of 8 because she just recently released and there's not a lot of content about her yet

No program is "intelligent," but you can call a sorting algorithm, fighting game CPU, image/word detection, Large Language Models and generative tools all "AI" along with plenty of other things and people will know what you're talking about. It's just a program, but people have these arbitrary lines to distinguish them based on complexity. Only assholes are going to tell you you're wrong.
I really want to improve my performance with Lidia. Videos like these help. Although, my problem right now is movement, blocking, timing my punishers right, and me getting whiff punished. I get careless and throw out moves that get me punished quick.
A lot of the pro players literally try to make their characters as dumb looking as possible. They think it’s cool. Or maybe they are just that bored? Regardless, it’s annoying
Amazing guide! I followed your Reina guide and it helped me out alot :). Anotther thing : Is it just me, or is the FC, d,f 1+2 in rage kinda skuffed? (You go into rage) I keep getting into situations where fc, d,f 1+2 is guaranteed but then i get rage and they block and im dead xD.. Seems like a mistake.
@xxxxxxxxxx16 lower level players rarely hesitate because they don't think, they just try to use what works for them. Mostly its some insane offense that even can destroy and catch good players off gaurd but they absolutely have no defense as a result. I feel lidia really shines when you can get ur opponent to hesitate, even the smallest windows of hesitation allows lidia to create mind games that can be very punishing and demoralizing to the opponent. I could be wrong though since it's still pretty early.
Btw to anyone who is playing Lidia some moves require "down to the right" right? So F1+2, 3 and then 1+2 to do heat. To get extra dmg do it but by 3 if you down to the right then 1+2 you'll see blue light effect as extra dmg and heat ! For another one (not heat but good for combo starter) 3 and 2 do 3 down to the right then 2!
In Tekken 7, Lidia was like a Dead or Alive character who ended up getting stuck in Tekken. In 8, everyone got anime bullshit, but Lidia now plays like a Virtua Fighter character.
He rematched and only lost connection after that. He's a pc player and the game still crashes a lot, so i'm more inclined to say it just crashed. It makes no sense plugging when he could've just gone to the main menu.

@@mosswine5417You can condition anyone to block. Instead of repeatedly going to a mixup, counter hit until they learn to block.
