The Christmas tray is incomplete without the neuris.This crispy treat filled with soft melt in the mouth stuffing is simply to die for...easy to make and delicious to eat.Made with fresh grated coconut,my Goa Nana's recipe,Hope you not just like it but fall in love with this sweet.

for the dough
2 cups of plain flour/maida
salt to taste
2 tbsp of clarified butter /ghee
water as needed
for the filling
2 cups of fresh grated coconut
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp of cardammon/elaichi powder
1/2 cup of chopped cashew nuts
