Hiii, really liked you video.😊 Q- Which season or semester time, is the best to search for houses??? Like at which time of the year can we find good houses in cheap price?? Which realtor agent company did you contact???

It’s best to search for houses before the start of any semester otherwise all the affordable good ones will be gone by start of semester, so January, July, August are good times I think. I searched for mine late January and houses were getting taken so fast. There are many realtors around, dm me on instagram and I’ll send you the one I used, though it’s better to go to an agent in your area of preference

Love your video. I visited Korea early this year, and I fell in love. I would love to come back and stay a year. Does the rental agency or broker charges? If so, how much they charge finding an apartment? Thank you.

Glad you enjoyed your visit. Yes the brokers charge a certain percentage according to your rent, so it will depend on the kind of house you’ll stay in and the location.

Thanks for the video dear. So I saw something in that app 다방 as "월세 5000/17"
What does this mean?

The first number shows the key deposit so that is 50 million won, and the next number is monthly rent which is 170,000won, always add 4 zeros on the prices you see, that’s the real price
