I’ve competed in Hyrox already but these are full of useful advice and tips which I shall be utilising in Brum later this year. Really well put together videos and excellent and concise content. I have really small hands and find it hard to hold on to the ball, I've been holding it at the sides to prevent me dropping it. I'll try elbows in and stay under the ball.. thanks.
it is a little trickier with smaller hands but once you have the balance it is more efficient to have the hands under. Aim to keep it just in front of the chin
