We got the last of the turkey processed and are going to enjoy them with friends and family over the weekend.

With the turkey's, how long do y'all raise them from baby to harvest? I'm expanding my knowledge. We've done some roosters that got aggressive, but we haven't gotten into turkey's as of yet. Any advice or they about the same as chickens and duck's?
We harvested two Tom’s this time 12-20-23.
The Blue Slate was born 6-20-23 and weighed 18.25 lbs.
The Black Spanish was born 7-8-23 and weighed 14.00 lbs.
The Black Spanish Turkey had always been more aggressive even early on.
Just in the last few weeks they both got to the point they would attack me if I entered the coop.
They both would fan and fluff their feathers but i never saw them attack each other.
We like the heritage breed Turkey’s for deep frying but i am tempted to raise a few broad breasted for sandwich or lunch meat.
