Hey, don't know if you know this, but if you leave the wrist communicator open, and push the blue button on any of the other collection Buzz's, he will say some phrases that sound like he is talking to star command. Only push it 3 times, the rest will be the normal phrases. It will be different everytime you open it up.

When I was really little, I hid one of these under a shelf in Target and begged my mum for a year to buy it for me, promising it will be the last thing I ever wanted (it was not). Eventually I wore her down and getting this was by far the coolest day of my life. I just wish I kept him in box. The laser bulb has blown, his head servos don't work and the wings don't stay in well. At least that's a sign that he got a really good playing with. Bless my mum for this gift.

A few months later my mom ended up getting me the regular basic Buzz-both of which were white logo. Sadly they both passed away since then but we bonded over these movies and these great toys made by Thinkway. I am now married and my wife is as big a Toy Story fan as me. I had to get rid of the regular Buzz but I still have Utility Belt Buzz. My wife ended up getting me Signature Collection Buzz for Valentines Day. My mom and grandma connected with me through the toys. I feel their love through this hobby.

@@todayigrewup what’s even crazier is that Utility Belt Buzz stopped working. I decided to fix him anyway because he was a gift from my grandmother. Then I just so happened to place Buzz over by a photo of my grandmother and I kid you not he started working again!
One thing to keep in mind with both their demo modes is that if you don’t press any buttons for a certain amount of time, they’ll recalibrate their heads back to their default position and their phrases will start over to the beginning
I feel like the "there's a secret mission in unchartered space" line should've been on all the collection Buzz Lightyears, not just the utility belt Buzz. Especially since he says it in the first movie.

They are both stunning, but i heard that thinkway is permanently closed, but we still don't know we can see them on the store, when Toy story 5 movie will come out.
I love that they even made the Utility Belt version of Buzz from *_Toy Story 2_* considering how minor of a variation it is between him and the original Buzz!
Am I the only one who noticed that the audio pitch on the normal Buzz was higher than the Utility Belt Buzz's? Can you tell when it came to the sound effects, notably the laser and wrist communicator.
Also you have Cloud Pattern Logo Buzz. Anything past white Logo Buzz’s red round button doesn’t function with sound in demo mode. Only Cloud Logo had that feature. I have the signature collection yellow logo and honestly I can say Cloud Pattern is the best. But Signature Collection is good too. 👍
I have the regular basic Buzz Lightyear (known as Andy's buzz) in my Toy Story Signature Collection, but, man, I wish I had the Utility Belt Buzz as well, if Disney still have them in stock after 2014. 😅
I hope someday (mattel) would make a new movie scale (utility belt buzz lightyear) because some of us missed out on the toy story collection utility belt buzz lightyear.
Hey so I’m curious about doing a body part swap with the 5 inch Lightyear action figures, is there a way to take those action figures apart with little to no damage on them?
Can someone shed some light on the different releases and their value? I have one but the one I have is not white logo or cloud logo, instead it’s gold logo
It’s hard to put a concrete value number on these toys because you have to remember the markets change and also supply and demand changes with each movie release. A toy is only worth as much as people are willing to pay for them. Each character has their values. I’ll consider making a video about this but keep in mind what the value is in 2024 might change in the future.
