Love your setup!! Just cooking out the window!! That is fantastic!! Just found your Channel after T-Roy Cooks talked about you on his live show!! look forward to checking out the rest of your viidos!
I bought a very unique wooden paddle scraper as not to do any more damage to the porcelain coated cast iron... I use Weber's brand nylon scrub padz n simple green
18% is the bare minimum when it comes to burgers on a bbq/grill but I'm actually pretty sure you can get away with 15% on a Q. Specially since I'm thinking about getting one for on the go, fishing trips and what not, during the summer here in Iceland. Not to mention the small space it takes up in the storage. Thanks for all the vids, been a blast to see what you can do on these things :)
Nice camera work on this video. I think this is the first time I've actually seen your fire escape. Which is kind of surprising, considering your handle.
I just bought the same grill after watching your channel. I don't want to spend a lot on accessories. Question - No problem with the nylon turner melting?
Next time, before you toss them on the grill, use your thumb and push down on the center of each burger. It helps prevent all the juices from pooling in the center of the patty.
I do use olive oil and salt and pepper myself. Would love to know what your favorite brands of seasonings are for burgers. There are some good ones out there.
Just salt, pepper and olive oil for the burgers. Maybe garlic powder. Of course you can add great toppings like good smoky bacon, bleu cheese, sautéed mushrooms, etc. But for the meat, just keep it simple.
Fire Escape Griller alright alright, more like med, not bad bro. You said you like my vids?? You peeped out my channel? Right on, thanks man, I also look forward to some more new vids from you too.
great burger Bru, sorry red onion overpowers flavors too much... I want to taste the burger not my mouth burning from red onion ~ or any fresh onion for that matter.

Awesome man! T-Roy is the best. Thanks for checking out my channel.
Oh snap, you really are the fire escape griller!
Holy crap, I just saw that you have 8k subs! that’s rad man, I remember subbing to you just after 1k. Good stuff!
Why low heat setting for burgers? I think weber is recommending medium high... Or am I wrong?
Is it ok to clean the grate with a wire brush like you did? Any damage to the enamel coating by doing so?
Andrew Ahn It's ok. No problems so far

Weber recommends their ss grill brush for the cast iron porcelain enamel grates.
Hi there from australia. Just bought a weber q. Looking forward to using some of these recipes
Another viewer in Oz... Love it. Thanks for watching and happy grilling!
Love the sirens
It wouldn't be the city without sirens. Cheers!
Looks delicious, I am about to make some today, so I was just looking for inspiration. Thanks.
Hope they came out great, Steen! Thanks for watching.
Turned out great. Thanks for sharing

It's a great grill, you can't go wrong. Enjoy!
Seiko Divers watch? Thx for the videos. Q320 owner here.
Seiko SKX 009 with the Pepsi bezel. But you already know that. Cheers!
I'd just quit moving the burgers around, the flares would go away.
I like to grill the onions as well.
I love grilled onions too! Really brings out the sweetness. Thanks for watching, Thanh.
Just bought the same grill. I can't wait to try it. Great videos. I hope to see move
It's a great grill. Definitely get the hose to attach the full size tank. Those little Coleman tanks don't last long. Good luck!

Thank you, Tim. My 11-year-old manned the camera on this one.
Are you still around? Haven't seen anything from you in a long time.
I'm back!
Why not do the rolls last? I like a freshly toasted roll fresh/hot off the grill IMHO!
I can go either way. Usually though if I'm cooking a lot of burgers, I like to get the buns done ahead of time.
@@GallaghersGrub Sure that makes perfect sense to keep the momentum going moving forward. Enjoy outdoor cooking mate!

Appreciate the tip. Thanks Matt.

It sounds like the favorites in this video are...Salt...and Pepper. I want to taste the burger and not a bunch of chimichurri ( or red onion LoL)
And...close the lid
I guess your not a popular guy among your neighbours when you fire up those burgers :-)
Prob not med-rare tho, looked a little more med-well to well. lol
Much respect, Larry. I do like your vids. At 5:11 these burgers are looking pretty good. Come on, man!

I love red onion, but I like spicy foods. I also love sweet onions. I use some griddled onions in my Fast Food Burger video. Cheers Scott!
