I've made a lot of rice puddings, but I don't think I've ever made one without eggs either. Thank you for sharing this recipe!!!
Cheryl, Thank you for this easy one-pot method for Rice Pudding. Rice Pudding certainly falls under the category of 'everyone's favorite that they don't know is their favorite.' By that I mean that no one will ever go into a restaurant, look at the menu and say, "Oh no, no rice pudding!" But I saw a guy the other day, walking down the street eating rice pudd with a plastic spoon and looking like a happy man. Yes, everyone's favorite that they don't know about. 👍
Ahhh the Memories 😋 i absolutely Loved riced pudding as a child when my wee mum would make foe us. Will be giving this a go at some point so Thanks for sharing Cheryl ♥️xx

This is delicious 😋 takes atleast three hours to cook so then the rice is cooked, then just add milk afterwards to desired thickness and let it sit over night in fridge 👌
1st time I’ve made rice pudding, ever. This is so tasty😋,perfect for winter. I did swap the cream for a can of evaporated milk though. I’ll definitely be making this again, thank you x
I added 10 green cardamons. Lovely outcome. Thanks for the recipe. I cooked mine a bit too long and it went thick for my liking but adding extra milk at the end loosened everything up nicely.
I'd have been disappointed if you hadn't included that cream Cheryl! It adds that extra lovely smoothness. I find it isn't as easy as it used to be to buy pudding rice these days, but I have found that bomba rice (the one used for paella) will do the job, but it is more expensive. I went through a time in my life where rice pud was definitely out... but now I'm an old lady it's very much a favourite again. It's lovely to have when you really don't feel like eating a proper meal. So I shall definitely give this a go in my rice cooker.👍
