Beatrix was such an under rated character of FF9. She was loyal to the royal family of Alexandria and followed the queen's orders not knowing that she was being lied to and used...and when she found out that Princess Garnet had almost been killed by Zorn and Thorn and that the queen ordered it....she went from enemy to ally the whole scene with her and Steiner fighting together in the streets of Alexandria is one of the game's best moments
