I just bought a Tab S7 256gb online for 170 with an unnoticeable 1/8 inch tiny crack on the top right corner. Fully functional. Going from a Tab S2 it's an amazing upgrade!
For April 1st, you should do a gag video of something, just for April Fool's. Like "is a paper notebook still worth it in 2024" or " is Apple Honey crisp still good in 2024"
I got one s7 for my brother to play video games. Brand new for 290, just yesterday. I have one and I love it! So sad about the software updates but for what we use it I guess is ok.
I'm indecisive about getting the tab S7 or the S8, some people say the snap 8 gen 1 in the s8 heats too much... the price difference is very little in my country, do you have a suggestion?
Another good option would be the tab s9 fe. Depends on if you care about software updates or not. If you don't care about updates, then the s7 is still a better all around tablet than the s9 fe.
Very worth it, I've had mine for about a year and it's basically a 2 in 1 laptop if you know your way around dex and other 3rd party software. I've used it to write notes, type, browse the web, do schoolwork, play games, code, and watch movies with friends. If you don't need exe files for your workflow (which you can probably still run on android somehow) in my opinion this is a completely viable laptop substitute. All the third-party alternatives are there, you just need to find them
I still use mine till to this day, and I can't go anywhere without it. I get to play, work, video conference, watch movies and even access my PC anywhere in the world (albeit you need your PC running at home with an internet connection, BUT IT WORKS!)
Bought an s7 in january 2022 for £700, tried updating software at the beginning february and got stuck in a software loop. 10 days after the 2 year warranty ended... Tablet was working fine before. Diagnosis by them: defective motherboard, €400 to repair. Absolutly gutted as I use it specifically for university. Been asking for a solution for a month now and still nothing. To me a lifespan of barely 2 years is unacceptable for this price! Do you consider this normal? Think I can get a new tablet from them if I file a complaint?
I'm using it for almost couple of years now. Works just as fine. The screen has some areas on the outer sides that react funny to the Spen, sometimes the lines go curvy when I draw. I suppose the reason to this might be me dropping the tablet once and the screen being broken immediately after haha even though I changed it to the original one, which cost me more than 100 dollars, this little problem is still there. but anyways, it's still as good as new. It's perfect for someone using it at home, without risk of dropping it anywhere haha (mine fell from the kitchen table down on the carpet, still was enough for such lethal damage)
i love my tab s7... it was feeling really slow on one ui tho so i can't recommend it to anybody unwilling to modify the system (i use aosp 14 + google apps)
Is Android version related to what apps you can download and install? Noticed Geekbench 6 not available when on A12 tablet yet running A13 or 14 on other tabs it was. It could be a hardware related matter as well, TBC.
Thank you for thid really unhappy with current options and second hand tanlets in the UK are nearly as expensive as the top end new devices. S7 seems a bit more reasonable around £300.
Just picked one up from my local pawn shop. Its going through updates but i think the server for october 1st 2022 is slow. Its taking me hours to finish and im still waiting. It is downloading, just extremely slow.
@@FishBeeProductions You are both actually correct (Source: Android Authority) 😂 They are USED, but they are brought back to life by cleaning them up, maintaining them, and finally putting them through their paces with a series of tests to ensure that they are in good condition before getting shipped off to their new homes.

Where did you find it?
the s7 PLUS has more p.p.i than ANY of the later models !

Looking to get this for my son. I have the S9 but the S7 is a perfect upgrade from the A6

@trevordp good point so its definitelysomethingto think about. He's only 6 and just uses mine to color haha
It still works, and I am still working with it. It performs pretty well and syncs and works along with Windows 11 too.

Geekbench requires 4gb of RAM but yes could be android related
@@FishBeeProductionsHey, thanks for the feedback. The A12 device has 3GB RAM.
Do you mean A12 iPads? Geekbench 6 works fine on those iPads. Or what tablets do you mean? You can run virtually everything with Android 10 or later

I do watch on s7 . BTW, any CUSTOM ROM ??
Looks like LineageOS 20 is available on XDA
id use aosp 14 from johnthefarmer
Yes, I have this tablet, and all you get is security updates. There are no new features.
Cool so from what i hear it is still an excellent tablet right?
Bought mine new in 2021. Still using it and still loving it. I know there's newer tablets, but I see absolutely no compelling reason to upgrade.
Major minor still update ? oR expired ?
Just security update
hi, i want to ask how many years s7 or s7 fe will have android update
Got the 128gb 6gb ram version not bad at all games run great besides Roblox at high settings Roblox is just poorly optimized for android
But the Tab S7+ does it have an Amoled display?
Plus version yes
Samsung made the recent apps menu on this very laggy months ago and still haven’t fixed this!
that's why you should switch to aosp
Change your title from s7 to s7+ you have written only s7
