Back then, once MJ beat the 1st defender It was a clear lane to the basket. You could have a center and another guy meet him at the rim, but that's it. There was little to no zone defense either which can be effective against a scorer. Lebron Does fight through double teams, and Has the strength to finish at the basket with people hanging on him. Bron Even double or tripple teamed is great at finding the open shooter or cutter to the basket. They Did change the rule. I don't remember when but jordan definitely didn't have to deal with doubled teams for his whole career.

Pippen literally injured himself sacrificing himself for the team drawing 4 charges on Karl Malone G3 in that series & continue to draw charges on Malone after that game until his back gave out & broke.
That wasn’t even Pippen’s job to draw charges on Malone, that was Kukoc job to do that but Kukoc refused to do it after MJ told him to do it. Well it’s really easy to say that Kd only has to win 1 game, but it was also really easy to say that about the Warriors with Steph at the time. You’re using hindsight bias because you know Curry doesn’t win the last 3 games, so all “Kd has to do is win 1”. You’d also be ignoring the fact that a lot of things were breaking wrong for Curry. He was dealing with injury, Draymond got suspended, Bogut got injured, Harrison Barnes couldn’t shoot, and the team as a whole was missing shots. So if you apply all those things to a Kd lead warriors team, yes Kd is just as likely to blow a 3-1 lead as Curry is, just like we saw in the 2016 WCF

There was little to no zone defense either which can be effective against a scorer. Lebron Does fight through double teams, and Has the strength to finish at the basket with people hanging on him. Bron Even double or tripple teamed is great at finding the open shooter or cutter to the basket. They Did change the rule. I don't remember when but jordan definitely didn't have to deal with doubled teams for his whole career.

Drose, CP3, Rondo, Deron Williams, Steve Nash, Tony Parker we’re all better than him. Great player but past his prime, wasn’t even a all star. Peja was a non factor in the finals avg 6 minutes a game, only played in 4/6 games and Caron Butler was injured the whole season lol. 2012 heat had more depth but they still could’ve won easily in 2011 off their star power alone. Did you forget how easy they ran through the 62 win Bulls and Big 4 Boston?? They were up 2-1 and lost game 4 by 3 points in a game where LBJ had 8 points. I promise you Tyson Chandler was not guarding the paint that well. Not to mention they blew a 15 point lead in the 4th quarter of game 2, they realistically could’ve swept Dallas.

Tyson made all defensive second team and was on fiba team in 2010 and 2012 summer Olympic team so he had to be good to make that team. Yes they could of swept them but Lebron and bosh had their scoring in the paint that’s why they both shot below 50% that finals. Bosh shot worse at a 41% clip.
