Highlight of this video for me was the kindness to your workers, brother. As a man in construction myself, nothing makes you feel better than when your clients really appreciate, and respect your hard work. Cheers!
The new setup is AMAZING and the grill looks like it was made by a 200IQ grill maker, really really good. I hope to see more videos often with that same setup at the barn. Super happy to be subscribed to one of the best grilling channels on this platform
Great looking cook there Roel. That is one helluva grill you got there brother!!! I'm sure the workers were happy after eating lunch!! Cheers to ya brother!
Lmfaooo! 0:17 "This is the FIRTH video we are recording at the barn!" 3:25 "The more NORSE they make! The more... Things is moving on! You know." I love Roel meng! You be making my day! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣👌👌👌
Good video I love when you give back to ur community of workers can’t wait to see that barn finished I bet it’s gonna be really gooooood!!!! Absolutely Fantastic
nice seasoning with olive oil on that carbon steel! looks amazing. i really want one of these for my backyard. just gather some chairs around that things and have some fun with friends
Great to see you enjoy our Spanish ibérico pork so much! One suggestion, call it either “secreto” or “secreto ibérico” instead of “ibérico secreto”. Great channel guys!
World Pike I’m sorry but you are very wrong, both “secreto” and “iberico” are spanish words. If he would have said “Iberian Secret” then you’d be right.
Rolly, you gotta fabricate some kind of "searing station". A stainless grill grate over a properly designed rocket stove. Reverse sear would love that. You refer to this thing as a rocket stove. Have Morrison make it.
Is it made to be set into the center of a table? Looks like the design is so a small group can each have their own part of the grill to cook their food on.
Great video as usual. I really like the interaction with Morrison. Looked like the lunch for the construction workers was a hit :-) Pretty cool grill. One could have a party and have everyone do their own cooking all around the grill. No lid in the way! Nothing falling into the fire until you want it to. And, there is real fire to stand around. Easy clean up. Sweet :-) Thank you for sharing, Jay
That is a lovely grill... It’s like a fire powered Japanese teppanyaki plate. My one concern would be maybe a lack of smoke flavour because it’s a closed grill. Not sure if the smoke flows to the side flavouring the food. You could also cook eggs on that, or fried rice.
Cool new grill, but what I am interested in is your leather Apron. Can you tell me what make and style it is and where you got it. Also do you suggest it
You need to make some Philly cheese steaks on that grill. With green onions and white onions green bell peppers and smoked provolone or cheez whiz. On a soft hoagie roll with some fries on the side.
Man, im from Slovakia. Y always smile, very beautiful presentation of skills. Soo like y, cheers from Senec. Keep doing this awesome videos , thanks for your time
After watching this episode, I went down to Wallace Stove & Fireplace in Tacoma, Washington and bought one (OFYR Classic)!!! Looking forward to getting a OFYR cookbook as well. Keep on Grillin'!!
Hey guys how u like the arteflame? Is the price worth it? Thinking about getting it for my 22in. webber grill. Still trying to decide whether to go with a grill grate with center insert or arteflame.
That is an awesome grill, I will be making one but mine will be octagon instead of round. The food looked fantastic too. So are all the lemons green in the Netherlands? Lol, just messin with ya. Keep up the great work my friend.
Where can you find a price guide to these grills? I've looked around and can't find anything, I think most people will look elsewhere to avoid the hassle of simply inquiring. Thanks!
Quick tip to get the fire started a bit faster and easier: jenga all the way, 4 big blocks on the bottom and some smaller ones on the top. The embers from the small kindle sticks will fall onto the big blocks and get them started. Also known as the 'Swiss method' (google: houtkachel Zwitserse methode). Takes less time, costs less attention and creates less smoke (more efficient burning and less particulate matter).

The best speech ever:
"If you don't know, then it never happened!"
I will tell my teacher that for an excuse for not doing homework
I always say: nobody has seen it so it never happened

I really like the rust look and the matchy matchy grill, log shelf, workbench and all the sundries.
Great looking cook there Roel. That is one helluva grill you got there brother!!! I'm sure the workers were happy after eating lunch!! Cheers to ya brother!
In America here. We call that the arteflame grill. Saw it in action and it's awesome.
Devon Satchell I was just thinking to myself if that was a knock off. Lol
Could be their version of the arteflame grill
@@mytimebytony2315 Isnt it just a brand that makes that type of grill?
Derek Warner not sure, I thought there would be some type of patent on it? I’m not hating just cought me off guard because I love the Arte Flame.
I always feed the workers lots of food and drinks so they are happy to work at my place and deliver quality!

In the USA we call that little dark patch on the crust, of bread," rustic or kissed by the flames", never burnt.

What kind of air blower do you use to start your fire? I use an old hair dryer 😅
Another Great job, thanks for sharing 😊

The grill is very expensive I would love to know how long they will last if used regularly. Quality looks fantastic so I assume worth the price.
