The problem is that Xiaomi no longer offer free 9 second videos for detection so you get an alert but you can't play back the clip, you need to go fish for the video recorded on an SD card.
I also never managed to download a timelapse video even though I was on the same network.
But for this Magnetic 2K cam, the free 7-day 9-second video still works.
Also on Mi 2K Pro cam, the free 7-day 9-second video still there.
Maybe, it's because it was part of the terms when they sold the products.
But for newer cam like my C400, the 9-second video is no longer working.

@@HiTechTaBai Well I tried again with my Magnetic 2k and I indeed got a clip, not a 9 second one though, just a 3 second one ! The last time I tried viewing the clip it had failed to load. I tried to download it but it didn't work, maybe you need to be on the same wifi network like for the Timelapse ?
I'll reactivate the SD card recording to see if that 3 second clip takes me directely to the recording like Y Dome U camera does.
EDIT - no it doesn't but you can go to Playback and search for it.
But after when you installed at your phone and istal update,,,,after when you delete at your mobile, you cant instale again at any divise :D

@@dhvsubryancarlos1801 di naman naka'cancel yong recording pag close yong app. Go to Settings-Manage Storage-SD Card Status and set the recording to Álways

Yes but others use 64GB and it still works.
I've a question Sir.. is it possible to check da view in real time even if its not on recording mode? i just wanna use it to check on my cat while im away from home
Yes. All IP cameras stream all the time and we can view the stream anywhere.

What camera has good person detection, and recoding video only if person is detected? I have xiaomi 720p that is good with detecting people, and also xioami 1080p (not basic) that you could select parts on camera that you want to be detecting movements, multiple regions, and for every region you can select level of detection. With this magnetic 2K is true, it detect reflections from objects and as movements, and it also records I think 3 minute video. I don't know is it possible to reduce video from 3 minute to 1 minute, at last I would have less video clips.

18:59 - When I got to the Timelapse menu it's almost always "not available", the duration and schedule buttons are greyed out and if I tap on "Start Recording" nothing happens, no error message. Then, maybe 10% of the time, all the buttons are active. Have you seen that problem before ?
What resolution do you get for the 10" timelapse video ?
I haven't encounter problems on time lapse recording. Maybe, yours is related to network connection problem.
@@HiTechTaBai Yes, possibly a network problem although I can stream HD video OK. Or maybe it's busy with another process, recording live footage after an alert maybe ?

The Y Dome U has a good Timelapse feature but it's only 360p...looks OK on a phone but not on a computer !
Also, the timelapse recording is recorded not on the card or phone but on the Xiaomi server. Hence, it needs your phone and camera on same network to download the recorded timelapse video to your phone or share directly via other platforms.

Boss ask ko lng kung pano ayusin yung nag eerror na sd card? Bagong palit lng yung ganun agad e, sa dalawang magnetic cam pa mismo. Bug ata talaga ng magnetic cam to? Tas kadalasan ayaw ma magplayback kahit narecord naman sa sd card.
Na-experience ko na rin yan lately na nag-error yong card. Ginawa ko nag-format ako ulit sa card pero na-delete yong laman.
Pag-aralan ko ito baka di lang tayong dalawa ang naka-encounter nito.

Plus one dito mga sir. Dalwa din magnetic 2k ko mga sir. Pareho nagffull ang recording. Kahit reformat sd after a while gnun po ulit. Nag subscribe nlang ako sa cloud dun sa isa. Ok naman sana kaso 9seconds surveillance lang nakkuha. May nangyare din kc na may nagnakaw sa tindahan namin. Nakuha ung pagdating nya at pagalis pero ung mismo pagpasok nya di makuha. Pero nabawi naman ung nakuha hehe. Gnun po ba tlaga ung sa cloud parang ung may movement lang narerecord. Tpos napputol po in 9 seconds. Ano po maganda settings dito sir @hitechtabai. Salamat po
@@glennv15 The 9-second video is only for surveillance detected video. If you have subscribed to Mi Secure, then you must have unlimited video recording on the cloud aside from the 9-second video. Check the cloud recording for this.
