Intercooler or constant belt driven fan ?
By the way would you guys be interested in selling your snowmobile trike?
Anyone else see a need a ROLL BAR.... maybe some like a "mini rod tractor puller" protect yourself. Please!
I wish I could buy one of these projects
Please run the exhaust 2into one, straight up, with a tractor flap
That thing needs a exhaust stack with a tractor flap STAT!
I’m thinking a titanium angle exit muffler with a tractor flap to complete the look
It needs an exhaust stack with a tractor flap coming out of a big turbo!!
Definitely a 4 inch exhaust stack comming from a turbo
Heck yeah🤙
Heck yeah!
Sweet! Let's line our tractors up sometime
i’d have to see that!
Nah your tractor vs. the general 💯
Would be epic
I would love to see that
Yooo this would be awesome
“Your tractor mows grass. My tractor throws grass”
Your tractor mow grass my tractor hauls ass
gets lawn done either way
Would love to see a #hoonigan this vs that with one of these builds
Hell yeah
check the banshee vs the worlds fastest c8 vette....ill let you guess who wins
vs the kei truck
Reminds me of a caterham with the fenders moving with the suspension. Technically a plumber could make a transition to fabricator with ease and mechanics do alot of plumbing on these builds not to mention a pipe fitter
You should reinforce the weak section with more than just that bolt on plate, welding some plate steel to thicken those frame rails would help considerably, that chassis was never meant to have that power or move at that speed.
The onboard at the end was icing on the cake.
"honey, why does the jag make that horrible grinding noise?" "because you need to turn up the radio." "ok, will do. i'm glad it was a simple fix. i was worried it was going to be complicated."
Haha! I love this
God I love this channel! Most UA-camrs do builds with crazy engine swaps or twin turbos but normally it's still a roadworthy somewhat useable car in the end but your entire channel is based around making absolutely pointless, impractical vehicles that you can only use to have fun and nothing else. Builds that most people have only thought of "you know what would be hilarious..." but you guys actually build those ideas and that's just awesome.
"non stop burnouts and doughnuts is not exactly normal conditions" yes it is lol
For me it is
Throw a Toyota Prius EPS setup on and you’d be set!
I see alot of people use a Volvo EPS as well!
@@mitchoconnell6944 Toyota engine, Toyota steering🤷🏻♀️
Bad Azz!! !
Turbo!!!
idk exactly what you've got going on with joining the thin subframe and beefy tractor chassis, but those cracks may be in part due to the sharp corners causing stress concentrations in the metal, maybe try a radiused gusset where you have sharp corners, awesome work btw!
My favorite thing is putting a completely unnecessary amount of power on regular yard equipment, so this is the type of thing I would absolutely build if I actually had any land to use it on.
Man, I wish you all would finish this! Of all your builds this is my favorite, the blown up Odesye 2nd followed close by the 3 (sometimes 4) wheeled Skidoo, or the Ute, or the... oh, hell, I like 'em all. But my fav is this Simplicity/Jaguar/Toyota.
I've been watching a lot of your videos lately I'm currently watching the play list of the Jeep Hurricane And the to 2jz lawn mower It's actually kind of inspiring the more that I watch
thanks man! Appreciate that!
To be honest it's just something I'm super intrested I love watching video like this I watch roadkill a lot and I love watching hoonigan videos I'm a muscle car car guy at heart And I'm proud of it
on the rear, put the drivers side spring on the front passenger side spring on the rear... cancel axle wrap forces
I doubt it would make a difference on irs since you have two separate systems.
You don't have to worry about axle wrap on independent rear suspension.
there arent any axel wrap forces
"It may not mow the grass, but it will remove it permanently."
Need that as a slogan on a new shirt themed around the 2jz mower.
I'm picturing a Grind Hard Plumbing Museum where motorheads from around the world can come get close up looks at your builds/art.. Seriously, another great monster you've created!
Rollcage/Racing seat with belts, mirrors, proper lights/signals, then register it to use as a quick go-to-store buggy.
aye. when are y’all gonna start the tank build
@mastermilo
100% can't wait for that one
@@teun3526 Oh wow I totally forgot about that tan tank, need to check the progress.
It will probably be like all the other electric builds automotive channels are doing right now. They need a whole new set of skills and a new group of experts to talk too so they take a step and then wait a while to take the next
Funny I was watching jay Leno's garage I saw ya guys I can't believe how far ya y'all have come great content me nice to learn new things
I’ve been following for I’d say 7-9 months now and all I can say is I’m blown away by you guys
You guys gotta get this beast back in the shop and finish it.
I need those heavy front springs... I'm a knifesmith.... I'll send you a knife for them
awesome man, thanks!
Do you make anything good for murderin?
@@Rattus-Norvegicus LOL look me up on FB, send a friends request and look through my untitled folder in photo's
I would so love to see this beast do a top speed run on a old air strip or something once it's tuned or even a pass on a drag strip.
Even though I would imagine it be seriously sketchy to do
Watching all the fabricating and problem solving along the way has been fun.
It all led up to the tree back flip.
Y’all extremely down to earth doin all this with u hands is a plus to watch
I'm missing the straight up tractor exhaust with tractor flap.
And a little turbski
I love the grind hard spring compressor. Worked like a charm.
I'm sure it's been said a million times already, but I just can't believe you guys get paid to have this much fun! I love every build! This channel just keeps getting better and better! Bravo!
i love your videos. i just found the channel and watch and like every episode for the last days. i noticed that you dont swear. thats so rare on youtube.
It's the coolest build, you've done. You living your dream. Building aand driving crazy projects in abadoned farm without getting angry neighbours.
Make a water sprayer trailer for the Colonel. So you can prepare the track and reduce dust.
Second
thats a great idea
I think that might be a better use for the fire truck than making it a toy hauler.
I'm so mad I've missed the last two videos until just now you tube DIDN'T notify me!! These last two videos didn't show up in my feed at all!.😡. Glad I found them!
build at least a minimal roll cage... tie it into the frame for rigidity... I would also go a bit smaller on the tires
we will, no worries
I have been watching you for quite some time now and I always asked myself why you are called Grind Hard Plumbing Company?
We've talked about it a few times on our podcast (our second channel Sent and Bent). It started as a joke
Im guessing it has something to do with males and females.
@@GrindHardPlumbingCo Oh ok I get it.
Ok now y'all should put the mowing part back on lol
I'd imagine grafting a Power Take-Off to a 2JZ is no simple task, but that would be awesome regardless
Edit: Alternatively they could rig a massive secondary 24V alternator like the CE Neihoff C-803D (525 amps of fury like holy shit man, and 24 volts too that's 12.6kW peak) and connect it via a switch and thick 4 gauge copper wire to an electric motor, or perhaps two motors in series one on either side to run the blades, and linear actuators running off the regular alternator to raise or lower the cutting head. But that's a shitton of work, adapting the normal mechanism and a PTO is far easier.
Edit2: There's a measurement of HP per Foot in terms of PTO power requirements, and generally it seems to be 5 HP/ft. I don't quite understand what the unit represents, maybe per foot of grass cut per rotation of the blades? Whatever it is, the 2JZ has plenty of power, just gear down the PTO to speeds emulating a lower RPM torquey engine like a diesel or a Briggs, or pair the motor power draw to the maximum of the alternator. The C-803D outputs at maximum nearly 16.9 horsepower of electricity, and that maybe comes out at 15 horsepower at the motors, 7.5 per side, and I just realized I have no idea what I'm even talking about anymore, so I'm going to get a Tylenol and crash into REM sleep.
@@Avetho These guys could do it
@@micahjensen7407 They certainly could.
Walking up the tree and finish a 360°...Dude!!!! Awesome!
Back in HS a buddy and I took a 125cc engine out of a Honda dirt bike and slapped it into an old riding mower. It was sufficiently ridiculous and basically impossible to steer anywhere after 2nd gear. We even put on the snow chains to get it some more traction cause the rear wouldn't hook at all....long story short, this is way more insane than that :P
I’m relieved that you put different springs in the front cause cutting springs makes the suspension stiffer...
Definitely
Not with all the pre load they had he could have taken 4 inches off and the ride hight would have been the same
That's sick!
Although I still would like to see smaller diameter wheels on the front, to give it more of that authentic mower/tractor stance.🚜
Time for a roll cage . Will give chassis stiffness and much needed safety. Very mad max . You can tell three buddy's having fun . Brilliant show.
We really enjoy watching your builds progress. Always a fun time.
Alright. Who thinks a grind hard pluming co. DLC on forza would be sick? Is it just me
Yeah, imagine the barbie jeep
Or on wreckfest
I would love to see this in the burn out competition at a Cleetus and Cars. 😂
yes pleeeease!
I leave for basic training and I come back to watch y’all and y’all put a 2J inside of a lawnmower thats dope af
Good to see you are so environmentally responsible, wearing your brake pads down zero)). no waste there!
I hate how good that 2j sounds! Reminds me of an old school.....Jag
Man if you crash that thing the shifter is literally going to tear you a new one.
Didnt they say it's getting a race seat, 5-point, and cage?
From lawn mower to lawn remover... that thing is sick !
that thing is beyond cool....cant wait to see it painted
As a brit im really struggling with Sams pronunciation of Jaguar....
Its JAG-YOU-ARR, Not JAG-WIRE ;-)
Man put a turbo on it
always
AWESOME - the tractor as well as the backflip...
That thing still makes me nervous when you ride it..needs a harness and at minimum some type of roll bar but I’d like to see you build a cage like a pulling tractor has.
Keeps need to sponsor GHPC, before Ethan loses all his hair.
A fellow Rob Dahm viewer?
@@cloakdaggercustoms3903 Why yes I am
@@blitzz7316 A man of culture. I tip my hat to you, good sir.
keeps, like all hair loss companies are bs. and as much as i like rob dahm and his channel (i watch most of his videos). he, like most youtubers, is lying through his teeth for his sponsor. he has never had hair loss problems and keeps has not saved him from said hair loss.
just sayin'
@@socks2441 I honestly think the same thing. It's all a scam. But, the point remains that we all watched Rob's videos and GHPC videos. And that, my friend, is what brings us together.
Day 49 of asking grind hard to do there version of mini mayhem.
maybe
Or just go to Mini Mayhem?
When I was a mechanic in the late 90s early 2000s those jags were the most expensive breaker job we did. The c3 corvette was high also, but still half off the jag
Love it ....removes grass permanently...pure gold👍🤣

Watching you guys build this stuff is amazing. I love it!
Tragic weather. However, this is the super summer. Take advantage of it! Wish I could afford to myself lol. This year is going to be a great test to all of tour builds. Cheers!
I'm glad you have taken the time to share your adventures 😊 it's fun to be able to look forward to what crazy thing you have come up with next! Much appreciated and can't wait for you next video!
Should put some louvers on the hood of the 2JZ mower to help with cooling and reducing 'under-hood' temps. And would look cool haha. Awesome content !!!
you could take the area of space in-between the dash and the hood and put panels there for extra gauges and switches and youu could possibly move them back to be hidden so it still has the tractor look
Watching that dude do a back flip satisfied me
Beautiful! Need a ball knob for your shifter stick. Looks like you're ready for the Pike's Peak Mountain climb.
Gnarly. A steering wheel knob and a cutting brake could be good additions. Loving the builds. The 3 of you are killing it, Sam has been such an awesome addition to the channel
Those garage banners are sweet! I definitely need to get one for my shop!
this is better than an equivalent go kart because
1. It's more comfy offroad
2. it's higher off the ground and feels more like a car, albeit would need some serious rigidity reinforcements to be long term raceable.
I think some sort of vintage tractor oil bath air filter would be really cool and help complete the tractor look. Having an actual oil bath filter may not be practical for rough off road driving, but maybe you could just stick a regular filter in the housing? idk just a thought
I love the “auto greaser” at 5:33 Team work makes the dream work!
A high flow thermostat can make a big difference in temps. Changed the whole attitude of my 76 gmc sprint with a mild build on the 350.
This badass rig needs to be at the hoonigans compound or at one of cletus McFarland events!
It's hard to make a 2j sound like a mower..You've done it boys!
We need a above drone shot when he does donuts in the dirt that would be sick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Looks like fun! Didn't think it was possible for a JZ to sound bad, I was wrong. haha
And there we have it! The coolest tractor on the planet! Awesome build! Thanks for sharing!
Jag wire.... Is that like Sueprcharging?
Interesting point to consider is cutting springs makes them Harder/firmer! Except where there is lots of preload I guess then maybe you can get it slightly softer at start of travel.
I think to build like a cage around the driver would Look pretty cool😯
That backflip was awesome.
Sweet!!. Put a second radiator with fans in the back.
Water wetter in coolant. Lowers the temp like ten degrees. I used it in my four wheeler.
i came for the offroad bimmer ute ... i stayed for literally every single video since then... Wicked project guys!
Mmmmmmm donuts!!!!! Great work guys!
Can't wait for the next tank power wheels build
The camshaft steering linkage is one of the most mad max things I've seen and it's awesome.
The coozie and the garage banners are sweeeet.
This makes me think of the vintage race cars back when 80 was fast. Looks sweet
Are y'all still working on this bad boy? This thing is sweet. Watched the whole playlist and I'm subscribed now.
love to see it run an 8th mile at the track
I love all your builds...you are masters of your trade
Wow guys !!!!! that sure does look like a lot fun.
I can only dream to have your skills ethan, I have been watching grind hard for a long time tou guys are amazing keep it up, from the UK 👏
Yall need a set of paddle tires and take that beast to the dunes! Itd be perfect for that when its running tip top shape
Bust out that banshee on the trailer. The mower is sick. Nice job. It's gonna be a nice rig once it's got all the kinks worked out.
You could easily backflip off that tree, man i like these guys already 😆🤘🏼😆🤘🏼
Thank you. Music is always on point.
