Wow..... bhindi masala...!! It looks colourful gravy and delicious.... !! In the restaurant, they add tomato sauce for flavours and little colour to make it attractive. But at home we can prepare it quite healthy and tasty. There is no need to garnish unnecessarily. Very good video.
I had a friend from North India. She used to prepare bhindi masala very well. As like Ishani, she don't like the taste of curd. So she used to add DRY MANGO POWDER( AMCHUR POWDER) instead of curd.You can try using it as well.. Any way nice video.😊

Sindhu when you add curd you add the chilli powder and turmeric in it and then make a smooth paste of it and add that paste. That will remove the taste of curd from the curry! Pinne ichiri cashew paste cherthaal aa magic taste kittum. But ur curry looked yummy 😋😊
