- Hello. This time I made Tamiya German Tank Destroyer Hetzer mid-term production type. It is finished with winter camouflage over tricolor camouflage. I added some textures on the armor surface and also divided the side skirts and shaved them thin. I made a video of the whole process from assembly to painting, so please watch it everyone! こんにちは。今回はタミヤのドイツ駆逐戦車ヘッツァー中期生産型を作りました。トリコロール迷彩の上に冬季迷彩で仕上げています。装甲表面にテクスチャーを入れたり、サイドスカートを分割して薄く削ったりしてみました。組み立てから塗装までの全工程を動画にしましたので、皆さん是非ご覧ください。よろしくお願いします。
The initial camouflage was simply fantastic - I would never be brave enough to cover such a well painted scheme with a winter finish !

I do agree. Doing winter camo with enamels looks more realistic that using chipping fluid and acrylic paint

You really do great work on your models, but I don’t get why you used white paint to wear and tear???? The model looked absolutely great the way it was!!

@@scalemodelresearch Sorry for my question, but why you mix tamiya puty and glue and put that on the tank body?
The surface of the armor of German tanks at that time was not flat but bumpy, so I applied Tamiya putty so that it would be even and even. The reason for mixing glue is that the thickly coated putty is easy to dry.
You didn't show applying hairspray right? For a beginner that might end up in a disaster... Good job tho
Thanks. But this winter camouflage uses enamel, so hairspray has nothing to do with it.

Excellent work! Love the subject choice. A little skeptical with the initial bright green, but the finish was masterfully done. If I may suggest adding accessories, cammo netting, canvas tents, tool boxes, ammo boxes, ax, shovel...water containers. Great video. 👍

Wonderful! What’s the point of the process between 2:01 and 3:01? The grey paste?
It is to texture the armour plate, like the previous step with the ball cutter. Having said that, the side armour on a Jpz 38 was pretty thin at 20mm so I’m not entirely convinced that it had much texture. Even preserved examples that have been sitting outdoors for decades are fairly smooth; it’s not like some of the late-war thicker Soviet plate.

Awesome video! How much color ratio do you mix when using Mr. Color 111 "Character flesh" for every different colors you used for this model? Do you mind sharing?

They didn't like the paint before the winter camouflage.
The masking material is it the panzer putty by ammo mig or Ak interactive? Or is it the mr masking clay from Mr hobby?
