The problem with this line of argument is, you ASSUME only God, the father, has this authority. But, if God, the father, wanted to, could he not instill, give, and place this authority, on ANYONE? yes, he could This is the JW argument, which I grew up with. Lord of the sabbath could simply mean, Jesus ha been AGIVEN that position. A boss, or Father, can dictate a lesser person to have and carry His authority Im not saying this is TRUE, im saying stating he has authority, doesn't mean he is the ULTIMATE authority. Thats one possibility, but its not necessarily a claim of being God. A kibng can send hi son to another realm, filled with all of the King's authority, without BEING the actual king. We as humans do this all the time So, after a life time trying to REALLY see if there is proof of your claim, one way or the other, I still see none. Its all assumptions, and how you read the thing. All authority was GIVEN to him, you cant be the top guy when you must be GIVEN authority See? Enjoyed the video though, thank you
If you go to our ECLEA book on Christianity and Islam: The Essentials (www.eclea.net/courses.html#islam), we have a lengthy section explaining and illustrating the Trinity. The JWs are incorrect.
Yes, that is my foundational presupposition. However, throughout my book I present, I believe, a sufficient evidentiary basis which corroborates not only that God exists but who he is.
Wonderful teaching. So Glad I stumbled on this!!
Thank you very much.
God bless your ministry
Thank you very much.

Just because you say so does NOT make it true
That statement, of course, is true. However, that is why I present evidence and reasons throughout the book.
