Thank you for all of your videos on Houston- they've really helped me alot on my apartment search! I do have a few questions if you wouldn't mind answering them for me. I have narrowed my search to three apts (for the most part), one located near northwest houston, the other in westchase and the last about ten min away from westchase in eldridge/george bush area. My question is which area is the "safest". from my research I found that the westside of houston is relatively safe and has the most to do. However, by word of mouth some people are saying the northside is the best- cheaper and safer. I do not want to be soooo far out from the city. I have just graduated college and would still like to stay closer to the entertainment life, but i also want it to be safe and have a nice sized apartment. any response is greatly appreciated .
You have a bit of a dilemma. There's shopping to do on the northwest side of town, but everyone drives inside the loop for entertainment in the forms of night life, sports bars, lounges, clubs, and major events. However, I've lived in ALL 4 corners of Houston and while "Crime has no address", in regards to petty crimes, Northwest Houston is the safest area compared to the Westchase district.
Houston Texas Living thank you so much for replying! And quick at that too! It is true that crime is everywhere- and I hear houston is fairly mixed in as well with high end areas being next to unsafe areas. The loop is considered anything within the 610?
You know for the most part, Houston is a pretty good fun and safe city for any and everyone, but depending on what you're into and whether or not you're leasing or buying, I'd suggest Westchase, Pearland, Cypress, the Galleria area, Midtown or the Historic 3rd Ward just for starters.
Im looking at moving to Cali as well San Diego is hands down better than houston ive lived here my entire life. You get what you pay for the quality of life it ten times better. I have friends in Cali that are building nice homes you just have to hustle its not a place for the lazy and unmotivated

I'm between Katy, TX or Denver, CO, just need to gather some information about capital gains taxes, housing prices etc. I'm pretty sure they are much better than NY, I'm fed up with this city.
Reach out to us directly and let's see how we can be of service...

Awesome video's. I'm currently in NYC and will be moving to Katy, Texas in a few months. I want to open up a dance studio out there, do you know any great locations as far as getting clientele etc?
Thank you for the comments and following! I think overall Katy would be great for a dance studio. Is this for kids or adults? Could we do a ZOOM chat to discuss the details so I can point you in the right direction?
@@sarahfeliciano7298 email just sent to you.

Nice video, thanks for sharing
Question plz,,, is it true there’s lot of snakes in houston,?? i am from philly ,,
Not that I know of. I'm sure there are across the entire state, but I wouldn't say Houston has an abnormal amount that I've noticed.
Make one on HUMBLE TX
@@limergreenlover That's correct, sorry about that, lol; yes 610 loop.
@@HoustonTexasLiving lol thank you. ill take that into consideration. if i have anymore questions, would you mind if i sent you an email?

Great place to live!!
It really is! Good amount of diversity. Plenty of housing in all different price points.
What area would you suggest for a single black professional male?
You know for the most part, Houston is a pretty good fun and safe city for any and everyone, but depending on what you're into and whether or not you're leasing or buying, I'd suggest Westchase, Pearland, Cypress, the Galleria area, Midtown or the Historic 3rd Ward just for starters.
What town do the upper class to rich Black live in?
All of over Houston. No segregation here. 😀
Thank you for txt me, no one ever does, Thanks

3.58 tax rate gets Texas weather.
No way ! I will stay in California.
You're missing all the fun!
Thanks for the follow and comment. Take care.
Im looking at moving to Cali as well San Diego is hands down better than houston ive lived here my entire life. You get what you pay for the quality of life it ten times better. I have friends in Cali that are building nice homes you just have to hustle its not a place for the lazy and unmotivated
What’s the best place to live close to George Bush international airport?
Hello Jeremie. I'd say to honestly answer your question, that it really all depends largely on what your lifestyle is like... However, consider Humble, Kingwood, Porter, or New Caney for starters...
