so the guy was saying he ripped the pad. lucky for him he sent it to the best of the best.
I generally have a rule, If you try to fix it first and can't fix it, I charge you more or refuse the job completely.

the two first two things i do in the morning, i listen to the holy quran and watch alex's videos, i cannot imagine my day without his videos
I'm wondering if that card had been repaired before and the guy ttat sent. it for repair bought it second hand. That would explain why the owner tried to seperate the resistors, not knowing that some one had soldered it like that on purpose, it would also explain the other carnage on the board and why the owner only indicated the resistor area
