Awesome video Mike! I did the hydro dipping years, years ago! One little tip I learned was when you start putting it in the water go very slow and turn it to all of the angles of the part to get the pattern on all sides of it once you do that then dip in the water farther and swish it around angle the part and pull it out. Looks pretty awesome though Mike!! That bike is gonna be sick!!
Enjoyed that Mike. Interesting video. I am building a 1/12 Mustang currently and was thinking that would be perfect scale for the hood. Might give that a try. Thanks for uploading
Thanks bud it takes a few times to get it or it took me a few times lol and im still not perfect at it lol. I like it and with more practice i truly believe it would be a cool medium thanks for tuning in
They make that film in a scale for models. Not sure we're to get it but a guy in my model club did a van with that similar design with all the 100s of skulls.
I'll ask him at the club meeting it won't be till next month. I'm in the north coast automotive model club. Ncam cleveland ohoi. Check our club out!! He told me he went straight in and straight out. I think because you twirled it around, that distorted it.
I was wrong it is that scale. If you watch this video, it's a video of our first show. The van is in the first part of the video it's white with that pattern. My 3 builds are not far after it 3 in a row vega chevelle and a pro modified pink 57 chevy on a mirror.
Cool video Mike! I saw a model at a show that had little skulls all over it! So cool! Ratt's live 1/25 does it free style in s bucket. There's no pattern though. You should check that out. 😎👍
I think you need to go in at like a 45 degree angle ......that's how they do 1:1 stuff but otherwise good video ....I been wait to see if anyone has tried it.
Very cool video! Thanks for showing Mike!👍
Your welcome and thank you for tuning in
Another awesome video Mike, Cheers 🍻 KC 🇦🇺🤝🇺🇲😊👍
