How could we do that, I am suffering from worst mental state where I have no control on myself, very much negative, always seek for someone support, feeling too lonely and not being myself. Because doubt is nothing creating our own fear is the thing . only solution is self belief and knowledge to achieve our goal....... 2. हमारा uncontrolled mind ko hume control me rkhna चाहिए। 3. जिस प्रकार पेड़ autumn के समय में पत्तियों के जड़ने से शोक नहीं करते । ठीक उसी प्रकार हमे अपने past को लेकर शोक नहीं करना chahiye। हमे अपने वर्तमान में खुश और उसे खुशी खुशी स्वागत करना चाहिए।
