Good story. Shiva should have gotten justice. Police should have reopened the case and questioned the Nanad (sister in law) for questioning on Shiva’s death. Shiva could have given them details of where they could have found evidence. They did not have to rely on her testimony, but they could’ve used the evidence that she could’ve told them about to convict the sister-in-law.

I have read something similar to this in the "Destiny of Souls" book. It is called Replacement by Approval where a new soul enters that same body in full maturity. This new soul helps that old soul in completing its journey faster on this earth. They help the old soul in many ways. According to that book there are many people who are here on this earth who are not born from scratch but by method of replacement to do very specific work. Listening to this video today just strengthened my thoughts on this subject ❤❤❤.

See understanding this cosmos and master plan of the Universe is never easy for a human mind. If you meditate you do get answers but then there is no proof about it. It was just written that when Soul replacement happens by consent the body understands that it's not him but some one else in that same body.
Yes, I've read a similar answer coming from Ramana Maharshi, when asked about the strange claims of a boy who said he was just reborn but was already seven years of age by then, It is interesting that Maharshi who rarely talked about these sorts of things said one can not only be seven years in a new body but also twenty, seventy and more. Then I recalled Shiva Sumitra's story and thought to myself that this could have some truth to it.

I think Shiva had a strong desire to bring the truth of murder out and may be also the desire to live but she lost her body and her spirit still lived. She was looking for a medium of body and she found the body of Sumitra as the right person to fulfill her desire of bringing truth of murder. When Sumitra didn't have any desire to live during that time Shiva must have decided to use her body so she was having those episodes happening to her of possessed person at a time.
