For instance, here in Finland, you have to work without salary ofr at least 6 months before you can get a welfare check from a goverment-run welfare company. The taxpayers do not have a right to treat those on assistance, many of whom have JOBS, as slaves with no rights to anything. The system can be changed so that moms would not get bigger and bigger benefits as they have more kids. That would be a start to not rewarding those who keep getting pregnant.

Sometimes it's the insurance, but a lot of time it is the employer. Their business, their right.
