Can we just talk about Shivani i love how she didn't interrupt malvika when she's speaking like most of the interviewers nowadays won't let the person speak!! Shivani handled it so professionally 🤍🤍
Awww thank you so much ❤️❤️
You are rt❤
True
The fact that she still talks about the good memories with her dad so fondly shows how balanced she is as a person. It is so easy to talk trash about someone who has wronged you, but she continues to see the good times as they were instead of painting them in bad light. So inspiring, Malvika!

Shocking TRUTH of Malvika Sitlani's PERVERT Father
Subscribed because of malvika. I mean this girl's wisdom and courage is unreal. She's definitely breaking the old patterns and there's so much to learn from her.
🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
The day I randomly found Malvika's separation video, only after watching the first few minutes my heart dropped. Even though i haven't been following her for a long time probably years, just knowing the fact that she is going through a pregnancy & separation, my heart was wrenching for her. I just couldn't watch that video. It took me another 2-3 days to make myself sit though that and oh boy, each couple of mins of that video was another surprise and more deeper wound. I am not married, neither do I have a baby but as a woman i know what she went through is our biggest nightmare. No one ever in their worst of dreams ever wants this to happen all at once. Mals was living the nightmare with a smile on her face. I cried for her. This woman is the epitome of courage and strength. I don't know how she's even able to speak about it without breaking down, I could never. As someone who struggled mentally and was in depression, what she said is 100% fact. Only you can pull yourself out of the mess, it takes a lot of self love to understand that you're the only one who can fight for yourself and pull u through. It takes a lot of courage to realise only you can bring the change in your life and no one else is responsible for how you're feeling. Hats off to her will power, i am so so proud of her.
these were exactly my emotions when i first saw the video. i’ve never actually prayed to god for a content creator who i merely know through the internet, but my heart aches for her and i pray for her to heal soon from all of this. I feel totally. Her better days are coming for sure
My dad also left us in my 20s. I am feeling so inspired hearing Malvika's story. So nice to hear about such strong women.. keep it going ladies!

Shocking TRUTH of Malvika Sitlani's PERVERT Father
20 minutes into the video and I had t pause to comment. Being a content creator it takes so much guts to share the not so glamorous part of your life and look at her. Heavily pregnant, in the middle of moving houses, dealing with her own separation and her mom's but here she is looking like a million bucks and letting her thoughts flow so freely. The inner work she's done already is so inspiring. Her life seems like a movie from where I stand- somewhat like pursuit of happyness. I can't wait to see her happy ending where she and her baby have made it!
Thank you so much for bringing us this. :)
So well put. Wish you well too.
@Alena you are so sweet and empathetic like me so well explained
God bless you you are pure soul ❤❤
So true!! Thank you so much for watching ❤️

I dont understand the concept of renting a 4bhk, having lavish vacations in first class air tickets, buying luxury cars but never investing in buying a house because "Mumbai is expensive" - the first thing anyone should do if they are living in Mumbai and want to continue living here is to invest in your own home - people don't invest in assets but liabilities this is what happens...I know people would say oh but she can move apartments and live in a dream house of her own.. its not convenient to keep moving places every 2-3 years unless you have a transferable job or something..the lesson one needs to learn here is also that they never invested in assets which is why the riches to rags story - I think this is also what she meant when she said her father had bad habits due to which they suddenly shot up to wealth. Crony means of survival don't always work if you do not have reliable assets and liquidity of the same to fall back upon. Seeing that she has a baby on the way it will be better for her to finally buy an apartment.. doesn't matter if it's a 1bhk or mansion - during tough times your assets help you and how..you can't even mortgage your house against a loan cos you don't own a house..I hope Malvika if you're reading this you don't do the same mistake that your dad did and actually invest smartly in the future.
They had to sell the house. They rented 3bhk after their dad passed, but couldn't make it so went to 1bhk.
@deeptigarg5939 are you new to her channel? See any of her videos or her earlier ones..she has said it a multiple times that they never owned any houses in Mumbai.. still don't own one...the 4bhk was also a rented one..here she clearly says they couldn't make the rent so had to rent a 3bhk and then eventually a 1bhk
@@deeptigarg5939 her dad did not pass..he left them ..their parents got separated
A really sensible comment , don't mistake it for hate or troll .You are actually making a lot of sense , kudos to your maturity.
Unfortunately very rare these days 🎉

Sadness is addiction… can’t tell u how much it means coming from you. I have been feeling and realising this but always thought how can it be a sense of addiction. Such a powerful interview… thank you !!!!
This is exactly the kind of host we need. No interruptions and bringing out the best in the interviewee. 🧡
Thank you so so much!!
You don't believe me i watched this while taking shower . Because it's malvika's podcast i can't take a break in the middle of this podcast.
😂😂 love the dedication
So it took you an hour to get a bath?🤭
The host Shivani is so well mannered and did not interrupt her guest Malvika even once… she was listening very patiently and the conversation was so smooth… A lot ot journalists need to learn this from you Shivani !
When she told she comes first … I felt so connected … ❤️ … mom’s often forget to take care of themselves once the baby is born
She is so freakin strong! More power to her!! Also the fact that Shivani didn’t even try to mint her divorce for views which I’m sure any other interviewer would have done was so respectful god that’s so fresh!
I can recall one of Mal’s video where I think they got their marriage registered and one of her closed friend said to her that “Put yourself first” and today we see Mals actually following that advice and doing the best for herself ❤ so happy for you have chose to be brave and courageous ❤
Love to hear that! ❤️
I am so happy that you interviewed Malvika. She's such an amazing human being. I love her so much❤
Aw thank you so much! I loved recording the podcast too!
This podcast made me just feel how strong a girl can be.... Malz you are brave and your thoughts are so good and needed for this broken generation. Lots of ❤

Shocking TRUTH of Malvika Sitlani's PERVERT Father
why would you think a girl can't be strong? are you sexist or something?
Me too girl
Loved how the host was so supportive and non intrusive at the same time love the vulnerability of both the beautiful women. More power and love to us women and everyone reading this comment.❤
Thank you sooo much
31.42 I say it very proudly as a flight attendant myself we never say mask on the child first , we always say in the Public Announcement be it in Hindi or English “doosro ki sayahta karne se pehle apna mask pehenle “ which means “wear ur mask first before assisting others” and that applies even for infants & children.
Ohh my good how much I loved this malvika was really being so genuine and truthful she is literally a queen love her so much and kudos to you shivani for bringing her and giving us this wonderful piece
Thank you so much for watching Tasleem ❤️
During my pregnancy i felt same throughout-Alone, traumatic and depressed. I can totally relate and kudos to her the way she is dealing with it. 👏👏👏
I have been following her for past 2years.. and oh my God... She as a woman..is so powerful so positive and clear with her thoughts.. i just love her ❤❤
I loved how Shivani was not too intrusive about Malvika's divorce but she was very empathetic and more focusing on how she dealt with certain situations in life.
Literally No controversial questions for click bait. Just authentic discussion over life, relationship, mental health♥️
I loved malvika always but now I also love your personality Shivani!🤗
Authenticity, acknowledgement of feelings, seeking help, motivation, inspiration, self love, healing, self work, shadow work, courage, breaking cycles, unlearning and showing up. So many takeaways from this so very raw podcast. Much love to both Malvika and Shivani. Thank you for being here and doing what you do.
Love how Malvika talks about healing, it's all about learning, unlearning and learning again, it's a constant process. I'm in awe of how she is so positive after all that she has been through. Loved this podcast so much. Lots of Love to Malvika! ❤️

God knows I needed to listen to all of this so bad. Thanks you Shivani and Mals! Two amazing, confident women showing us what being a woman should be like. For reminding us to believe in ourselves and figure ourselves out.
Awww thank you so much Varsha ❤️
Listening to this podcast, I'm crying for Mals and so proud of her as well. I've been following her since 2017. And I can definitely see growth in her and it feels like I'm growing with her and she is my big sister. She is a true gem.
Akhil really lost the most precious diamond. No matter what the situation was, he should’ve been here with the most beautiful soul, she needed him the most. Nevertheless, Mals you got this and I wish nothing but the best for you and your baby. God had better plans for you. We love you. Prayers for you all the way!! ❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻
No hate to you but you cannot blame Akhil. You never know who did what, maybe she did something wrong. So don’t be judgemental.

Hi Shivani! I follow Mals from a long time, but this video connected me to at a different level. I want to thank you for bringing this unfiltered version of a woman's journey. It's so difficult to say it out loud that I am not okay and then also buck up to do the self work and make a change. Take charge of our own lives. Takes courage, takes resilience and takes patience. Cheers to all those lovely ladies who choose themselves and be unapologetically kind first to themselves and then exude that to people around them. As @Malvika said - Fill your own cup first and then pour out for others.
Aww Thank you so much for watching Tasneem ❤️
No one is stronger than a mother. Malvika has gone through a lot and still she is. But becoming a mother made her stronger than before.. and look at her, she looks stunning❤❤
This woman never stops inspiring. Someone like me who has dealt with mental health issues, it's quite a great motivation to hear her. I totally resonate with her. I feel she is wise, smart and emotionally intelligent person ❤
I don't know from where in the world this girl got this wisdom and courage!! I'm absolutely in love with you mals❤❤ you're everything we women needs to be in the coming generation! You literally spoke rock solid facts
This Podcast was soo wholesome and Malvika is insanely authentic. She is soo soo powerful and Amazing that I have to sit and write this comment for her. The amount of self work she has done and the way she is standing strong after each and every obstacle of her life is truely commendable. If Authenticity has a Name it is Malvika. She empowers me a lot to be a stronger girl. I just want to say Thank you soo sooo much to Malvika for so much wisdom and empowerment. Rooting for all the amazing Females out there! Thank you shivani for this wholesome Interview.

This is so heartwarming to read! thank you so so much
I usually never comment
However this video with you and Malvika is truly authentic and as real as life gets. Props to Shivani - your interview style and just your voice is so unique and lovely, you radiate an aura of calmness which is very rare to see. Saw you for the first time. Can't wait to see you more!
Thank you so much for watching ❤️❤️❤️
No current and water for 6 months straight how did she charge her phone, use her ring light and edit and post. Does not add up.
You have to understand that she is an influencer..her idea of broke is very different from ours...when she says no water and electricity means for the maximum hours there used be cuts in the building which I am sure most of the Mumbaikars have been through
Malvika should be on Ted Talk. So much she said that many should hear, specially the loving yourself and pregnancy things.
I had a very similar childhood where one day we had everything, and the next day had nothing. I was just 10, and had to stay without school for a year. I could relate to a lot of things Malvika mentioned, especially when she said how difficult it is to trust men and take something from anybody. Today I have everything I want and everything I earned, but some days this just hits me and makes me so damn low.
So much power to you. I am happy you got out of those bad days from your hard work. I hope you get everything you deserve and more
Breaking this podcast in 3 words-
1. SELF - LOVE
2. CONFIDENCE
3. POSITIVITY
had the best 1 hour of my life love u malz and shivani i just saw u first time and i am soo hooked to ur podcasts now definately gotta finish every video by today night 😂🫶🏻❤️
Awww thank you Yesha ❤️
Idk if she even read my comment on her separation post but that’s exactly what I said it’s better to have one Happy parent than two unhappy ones. I have just discovered this rebellious part of you and it’s so inspiring I need to learn how to keep my cup full , how to love myself , how to enjoy my own company (coz I hate being alone ).. I probably should start therapy !! U gonna do great Malz … very proud !
Malvika inspires every women on earth ❤️❤️
I am from Pakistan. I have never seen a podcast in my life but as I see there is Malvika's podcast I literally can't stop my hand to play this and it's worth watching my favourite indian blogger empowering teenager girls, women to be happy and prioritise yourselves and be happy mentally and emotionally 😊
Malvika is the best best best🎉❤
Awww ❤️❤️
Malz we love you! Rooting for you always🩷 Thanks Shivani for interviewing her and being such a great interviewer ❤
I have not watched it yet, just started the video and only clicked because its Malvika Sitlani! I saw her UA-cam journey from start and will support her always! She is one of few Indian UA-camrs i adore the most
Watching this the third time and I am sure I will watch this again. This is extremely therapeutic and inspiring. Malvika, thank you for sharing your journey and your learnings with the world. What a beautiful person you are? And Shivani, thank you for conducting such a good interview. ❤ oh gosh, so many pearls of wisdom to take away!
Glad you enjoyed it!
I love how I can relate to her mindset and the best advise to always put yourself first because you're child is always watching. And to put men on a pedestal hahaha yes couldn't agree more. I want to give Mals a tight hug tbh as I've seen her journey through years of how stable of a person she is ❤️
I'm left speechless after watching this. I've been following Malvika for a long time now, and I had no idea she went through so much. She's so brave and such an inspiration for so so many people out there. I've also been through my fair share of trauma in life, and I completely agree with Malvika when she says that confidence comes with being true to yourself. It's what has worked for me, someone who had zero confidence growing up.
Thank you, Shivani, for featuring Malvika on your podcast. You're awesome!
I am so glad she has a supportive encouraging mother and she had beautiful coregulation , it's so important for caregivers to give healthy emotional regulation by just validating emotion of kids.
What a beautiful soul Malvika is!! She has an angel baby in her tummy who is so damn lucky to have a mother like this amazing woman!! Sending strength your way Malz ❤️❤️
One of the most important thing I noticed is the host. What a beautiful and standard understanding she had for the guest. Gentle and valid questions that had clear points. Learnt a lot from this interview.
Self love
Heal
It is ok to be sad , but heal out of this.
You are so strong Malvika!! Keep changing the world by educating & setting examples ❤
She resonates so much with me. I can see a lot of myself in her. I have been through Therapy most of my growing up years and totally get what she speaks about Healing. And Kudos to her she knows what she wants
i am so in love with this interview and it feels so relatable in so many ways. i love when people have the confidence and awareness to actually talk about the bad things in life and how they managed to get out of it. i don't think they realise but there are so many of us who need this sort of content i mean what might become a ray of light, an inspiration for somebody who is struggling, you never know. i love how she expresses everything and even things that she feels are not right in herself and the acceptance and awareness to work on it and change it for nobody but herself. we need more such people, more such conversations. More Power to Her. Her baby is going to be so lucky to have such a self aware parent. Lots of Love ❤❤❤❤
I feel like when she spoke about "Dont say - I have anger issues; this is who I am" she was referring to Akhil. Even if she wasn't, that line is so powerful. Inability to regulate anger needs to be called our and not normalised.
I'm in the similar phase of my life and thank god, youtube recommended this video to me.. this is so therapeutic and inspirational, learned a lot and definitely will help me to come out of this phase. Thanks both ❤
Thank YOU 🙏🏽🙏🏽
More power to you girl. You'll come out of it ❤
@@Sammy-sm4yg thanks 🙏. I hope so too.
An epitome of the beauty of a strong, independent, confident woman. Love you, Mals.
wow, this is raw and authentic true to life’s actual struggles. people will resonate to these kind of true conversations way better than the glitz and glamours fake conversations in Bollywood and other entertainment media. You are epitome of strength Malvika 🙌🏻 so proud of you girl
And Shivani, heads up to you , you given her your platform to speak out her heart and you being listening so calmly like a therapist 🫶🏻
Amazing content and beautiful soul both of you ❤
Thanks so much for watching 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
As a mum to a one year old, I second that when she says 'it will be me first and then the baby'. This is the result of healing yourself. Only when you put yourself first, take care of yourself first, only then will you be able to put the best version of yourself to take the BEST care of your baby, do the BEST for your family. Abandoning your needs thinking it's selfish, you are only putting your priorities with a 'managed and compromised' YOU.
This woman is brilliant . How is she soo calm ! So proud of her ! I feel so much more confident to go live my life . More power to you
Malvika, you’re such a strong woman ! I can relate to what you’re going through and I would only remind you about what you said - “when you’ve hit rock bottom, you have nowhere else to go except upwards ! “ More power and love to you. You’ll make a great mother ❤
Totally loved this podcast 🎉 it’s great how Shivani asked sensitive questions without being intrusive and harsh 👏 and its great to see Malvika has opened up so well and chilled out 😊 u go girls ❤
Thank you Betsy ❤️
Malvika is a such a positive person it takes a lot for a person to be so vocal so strong and soo good. She has her priorities sorted that's something I ve learn from her . Even the host is such a sweet one . She is so positive too .
Thank you 🥰🥰🥰
I respect a lot to Malvika, to be honest she's my role model and hearing her story inspires me a lot. Her self love journey inspires me to go with my self love journey, I know she has went through a lot but I'm so happy that she is getting through it and she is the strongest person I know. Thank you for showing this, it really made my day😭💗
Mal's is always an amazing therapist...like she just puts up all the things she's going through into words in a raw and real way, without hiding anything like literally anything...that sorts of helps all of us when we go through a situation like that...that is when we understand the situation and try to go through and deal with it...forever greatful and love you Mal's🤍Thank you so much Shivani for making this happen and we get to hear and take so much from this almost 1 hour solid podcast✨
I am so glad she has spoken about her struggles.. Her self work.. Talking abt therapy and things about valuing oneself... This is truly good for ppl watching.. It's positive!
Absolutely agree with her on putting yourself first in any situation. This mindset needs to be normalised instead of being shamed.
Still confused about whether her father passed away or abandoned the family. The comments suggest that he passed away but Malvika mentioned going through the mother’s divorce and her own separation.. anyone who can give some clarity?
Listening malzz is so therapeutic and grateful I grow up watching her she is so strong women ❤️🌼
Amazing... I used to follow mals for such a long time and that's why I came here but fell in love with your podcast. It's amazing to see both strong women. Looking forward to see more.
Thank you so much Kiran 🙏🏽
Girl!!!! It's so relatable 😢. Specifically when somebody does something for me I feel the same way..😢😢😢
So many things don't make sense here. Poverty is not a subjective matter, affordability is. Malvika couldn't afford her luxurious lifestyle after her dad lost all their money but she was in no way poor, based on her description.
If she really was poor, she can't have done UA-cam because it takes a while for the channel to be monetized and for her content to start making money. She had the privilege and the option of choosing this career path despite it not generating money, at least for the first few months, if anything she was middle class but never poor. If she had been as penniless as she made it seem, she would've taken up any job, a sales girl or beauty assistant at makeup counters, or ANY regularly paying job because that's what actual poverty does to you. Desperation pushes people to take up real jobs, not make videos on youtube.
I'm not hating on her but this is no UNFILTERED TRUTH. I've followed her on youtube for years now almost since the beginning of her career here but all this is just plain exaggeration.
Six months without water and electricity... does that make any sense at all? Idk if the host was being polite by not countering her or just unbelievably naive.
Also Malvika, you said money could've made you a very different person and a spoilt brat.. with all due respect, you're no different now. You reek of entitlement and privilege and sometimes the way you treat your audience speaks volumes about your ingratitude.
You're right, it's not inspiring its misleading.
@@kathyson2683 and yet people just blindly believe whatever she says
She is an inspiration to a lot of people who are indeed in search of peace and self love. She is so pure in and out. ♥️

So much to learn from malvika , the way she said women workship husband 😏
And keeping herself first is just 👌👌👌👌
I'm so happy atleast this women is changing the cultural conditioning.....!!!!
One word about Malvika - Practical.
I learnt n have broken so many barriers. I started listening to myself since the time I started following her. I used to feel ugly coz I was n I am thin, uneven tooth etc. She made me confident, I started learning makeup coz of her. I was the same girl in my 11th n 12th class who dint like single product on her skin - no lotion or powders. Now I take care of myself like I am special to me, I am my priority. @malvikasitlani changed me n I love it. Wishing her healthy baby delivery, she's just few days away from bringing that baby who has such mother who's living in reality than in society bubble
Vulnerable, powerful, inner strength, rising like a phoenix! This was so authentic ❤️❤️❤️
I’ve been following Malvika since 2018. You are the one who made me learn makeup. Now, you made me learn how to be more courageous, confident, accept every situation without any regret. Proud of you girl… ❤️More strength to you…💪🏻😇
Keep going… keep growing… 😘
I had tears in my eyes listening to this . Such pure and truthful thoughts and at times why can't we just accept that it's ok if you say that you are not ok without being judged . It's ok to say -"Look I need some love , affection and ATTENTION " :)..
Omg, Malvika's communication skills is too good! 👌
This is so much of a seamless conversation.. And authenticity at both ends.. Lovely podcast! Love Malvika she is so good with makeup just not covering just luxury makeup stuff.. She went through every price category... Love that..
This interview is itself so therapeutic. I feel so calm at this point now. Like its ok to feel broken.. N not rushing for healing, but instead giving time. Solved many of confusion. Thanks to both of you.

Thank you so much!!
Malvika, one day your daughter/son is going to see this video, and you have completely made him/her feel that shes unwanted into this world for the choices you have made in your life, for no fault or her/him. But atleast your honest!
Each of her words screams of the maturity she gained over the time.
Malvika for me is like that elder sister I never knew I needed ❤✨ Thank you my girl for speaking up on mental health ,healing and how your childhood trauma shapes you as an adult ! Like I was always guilt shamed for not obeying my parents because I didn't pursue a specific career they asked me to pursue and by not being the good girl and always doing things my way . I feel so relieved knowing that it's okay to disappoint your parents , your family members as long as you feel you are doing the right thing and you and your mental health is at the right place ! Point well made at 30:00. Tbh i never knew who Malvika was until my friend told me about her divorce. Then UA-cam recommended me her channel and i saw her videos and i felt that she is just a beauty, but seeing her talk in this podcast, i can sense and feel the amount of self care and self love and healing journey she's doing and all the points of parenthood that she's making are so relatable and onpoint.
I have so so much love for this woman right here…shes in so many ways like me and the fact that she normalized so many taboo topics is just so amazingly empowering to every woman out there. She is the epitome of a empowered self made woman that i have come to greatly respect and love. More power to you mals for everything you have been through and still learning to heal yourself as well as others on this journey of love, loss, sadness and healing. I hope there are better days coming for you and i hope you know how loved and admired you are. A QUEEN THAT DOESNT LET HER CROWN SLIP.
Hi Malvika, This is probably the first time I am commenting on your post . I couldn’t stop myself from letting you know that the fighter spirit you have, to literally fight for the “Better you” through everything that’s going on in your life is incredible and literally no words to describe it. Reading through your comments it’s visible you inspire soo many people making a huge impact including me in all of our lives. I truly believe what goes around comes around and for all the goodness that you have within you and the ability to Strongly choose to be the “Fully healed Happy Mals” once again , there are surely good days awaiting you. Kudos to your hardwork and the efforts to strive to do the the best you can do !! Wish you loads of Happiness and Love in times to come !!
