I still find it really neat your kids love thrifted clothes. As a kid though we did shop nice department stores, I hated going in the bargain basements. My mom was frugal and I do appreciate it now given the era she grew up in. I used to call her cheap until I was out on my own. She's been gone since 1987(she was only 60) and what I wouldn't give now to go thrifting with her.... Love and scratchies to Lumpy ❣️❣️🐾🐾 How about a Lumpy calendar???

Woke up this morning and was so excited to watch this particular video on decluttering! I love ALL your videos but this one is one that is dear to my heart! What I did with all my kids trophies was I took a picture of them and the ones that had their names on the name plate I popped off and saved that. Donated the actual trophy. They did not want them but I guess for me, I just could not get rid of anything that has their names on it! I also took pictures of schoolwork and such memories that they made me while in school and got rid of the physical piece. I occasionally send them it via text & we all laugh 😂 can’t wait for the next fabulous video Lori!!!

I started purging old school papers as well. I felt bad about it, but my kids didn't want any of it, so I kept a small box for each.

Dance trophies/awards actually sell pretty well on eBay. I’m a dance teacher and we end up selling what we don’t want.
