Lovely video and reminds me so much of my last trip to Venice. The Alliaguna ferry is a good service to Venice taking 1.20 hours. Looking forward to my next trip.
The waterbus company is called Alilaguna 27 euros from the airport to Venice St. Marks square one way. Try to find a hotel near the waterbus stations (few bridges to cross and drag your luggage....) Yes they operate on the weekends, Notice, if your departure flight is very early, make sure waterbus station you use has early departures to airport, not all stations do. Have fun. www.visit-venice-italy.com/water-bus-alilaguna-airport-venice.html
This has really changed since your my trip in 2014. Have they redone the airport? It used to be much easier. Do you advise buying tickets for a specific time online to avoid the line? What are the people on the right side and in line waiting for.
@@danparisis3421 I was confused. This video was taken in November or September as you replied in other comment ? Thanks for sharing the video. It's really helpful 😍
There are less and less locals living in Venice, 95% of locals did not know or had never heard the name of my hotel although it was only 2 blocks away. Waiters tend to know more than other store clerks. Its best to figure things out before you arrive or use an app to find it.
Why would anyone want to spend a third of the video watching people drag luggage around an airport. This is just one of too many videos that waste our time with that scene
Most people like to see in detail how to get from one place to another before they travel there. If you don't have the time, no one forced you to watch my video, there are many to choose from.
Dan Parisis You're right, I'm sorry. That was snarky of me. I was expecting a different sort of video. I kept skipping parts of it, thinking I'd see scenery of Venice, and I missed your point.
Usually the title tells you what to expect. It takes a lot of work to put a video together, providing correct info, adding music etc. To me likes or dislikes are not important. Helping other fellow travelers is what counts, as you see above, this video has been watched by over 10.000 people. Happy Travels my friend.

Hi, I have two questions for you. 1. How much is the ticket for the waterbus? 2. Do they operate at the weekend?

How much did u pay for the ticket?

But why does it start using music from the Godfather half way through?
I really dont remember to tell you the truth

The line moves quickly, online or on location are both good
They did redo the airport, or at least the walk way and boarding areas for the Alilaguna boats.
Music is right for Naples not for Venice..... (just a suggestion)
I agree, thanks for the comment
what month did u travel in?
It was November

Chanting God name destroys all sins Nature is beautiful
Why are you using music from The Godfather?
I know it was not the best choice but I ran out of music and time.
Had no idea you filmed on location.
Yeah, it was great and putting the video together, I re-lived it !!! enjoy.
Why the last advice "Do not ask a local to help you to find your hotel". Are Italians so rude they would ignore or mislead you?

What month was this video taken? It has horrible weather.
That was in September
There's no sych thing as "horrible weather" in Venis...Venus is always beautiful..😊
@@leilal8053 yes it's a beautiful planet with great weather

Appreciate the effort, but this video shakes so much I nearly got seasick. Difficult to watch.
HPC wait to you get on the boat.
Yet the music is southern Italian or from the Godfather soundtrack.
That is true, I dont remember why I chose that music
I wish it only took 12:35... Still worth the trip!
Unfortunate you had the showers... but at least you missed a flooded San Marco and having to walk on the planks.
