- Doing a deep dive into our wedding spreadsheet to show you how much we spent on our wedding! I struggled creating a realistic, informative and educated budget because I found a lack of transparency and just had little knowledge about the actual figures. My aim with this video is to provide a realistic glimpse into some of the costs that may be involved with a wedding and to help current/future wedding planners! Amazing video girl!! So informative and helpful - you’re so right that there really is very little transparency on the nitty gritty details at a $/item level. It’s so helpful and insightful to see the details and breakdown of all potential expenditure items for a wedding and exact costs as well as the total amount spent! It was also helpful to know some of the different quotes you received for particular services ~ didn’t know there can be such a big range for celebrants! This is my first time watching a video in wedding expenses and seeing you mention all these numbers made my head dizzy lol. But seriously, I have seen different types of weddings (different cultures) so this number could really even be bigger, but you seem like you managed everything reasonably and overall had a great balance between what was needed for a wedding and what you also wanted to have, for a memorable experience (other than the venue change which was obviously nature's gift 😂) so you both should proud of yourselves 👍👍 Also love the customized thank you cards and the everlasting bouquets!
