This is a business, not your house. They do this everyday for a living. The acceptable ticket time at a restaurant is just under 15 minutes, and for drinks it's less that 3. Anything longer than that is bullshit. I understand if a bar is swamped unexpectedly at 3pm on a Monday, then give em some time, but other than that, that's the guideline.

If you havent notice cooks are not in charge of drinks, they only have to cook two dishes which should be simple. Imagine having bar full.
This is a business, not your house. They do this everyday for a living. The acceptable ticket time at a restaurant is just under 15 minutes, and for drinks it's less that 3. Anything longer than that is bullshit. I understand if a bar is swamped unexpectedly at 3pm on a Monday, then give em some time, but other than that, that's the guideline.

@Fer Das Führer. The problem with that is that proper protocol is to serve drinks at the same time, and food at the same time. That way, 3 people are eating burgers while the other 7 are still waiting for their food to arrive.
