Aloha Sam, Great haul of Music. I haven't heard that Waylon since the mid 1970's, I like his country version of "Can't you See" which is on his lp, Are you ready for the country. Thanks again Sam, looking forward to seeing your next video. Mahalo Ed
I saw a copy of that Association album in the background of "the Bill Cosby Show" (his late sixties show) ....Hideelee wants your shirt! She loves "Cry Baby"!....
If you like Fever Tree - surely check out the 60s psych bands Autosalvage, Circus Maximus, Kak. Of course there are much more 60s psych bands of note. I got these ones in the collection... Approved! Just to get you started:)
So many nice pickups there Sam! That is one of Waylon's better albums. I love Ella, can't think of any singer I like better. I've never heard of Fever Tree, interesting. Have a great week.
Long time coming is one of my grails. The Electric Flag with Mike Bloomfield was so good. I think Cass Elliott did some singing on that album. The Ella in Berlin series is a great sounding album.
Good stuff. Those first 2 Fever Tree records are great. Electric Flag also did the soundtrack to The Trip starring Peter Fonda. I haven't listened to that Freddie Hubbard album in a while. Gonna dig that out and pop it on the deck. Cheers
Nice haul!!! Love that Association album. Waylon rules and he could kick most of the asses of the new Country artists. Lol. Willie!!!
Haha definitely agree with you on Waylon kicking some bro-country ass!
I love Birthday from The Association!!! Doesn't get enough love!
Nice The Electric Flag's A Long Time Comin' copy!
That Hubbard/Turrentine absolutely shreds. It was playing in Carolina Soul when I first heard it and I was sold.

I actually sang Mack The Knife with a Big Band. Great tune from an interesting musical.
Wow, that's so cool!
I'm like you considered an ultimate sinner among the vinyl community we tear the shrink off!
Haha glad to know I'm not alone!
I need some Outlaw Country albums. Especially Waylon. Great vinyl Sam!
Ella in Berlin is just straight awesome
Awesome !!!! Love Waylon...I just scored a very clean copy of Buckingham Nicks...Been looking for a long time

Rad I love Mack the knife
The Psychedelic Furs do a nice cover 👌.. it was a B-Side.

Definitely check out Fever Tree's self-titled debut to hear them at their best!
That Association album has the greatest song (or the worst, depending on your personality). "Rose Petals, Incense, and an Kitten".
Great picks, Sam! I have that Waylon album as well and it’s killer.

Love The Trip! I actually saw that movie before I saw Easy Rider... Had no idea Electric Flag did the soundtrack.
