To all the people who are hating on her because of this , just remember she lives in the eu as an African , of course she will apply for a German passport she can literally walk in to like 150 countries whenever she wants , not having to get a visa for every country is nice trust me I have an eu passport
With no doubt, the German passport is one of the most powerful passports in the world and being able to do things like travelling to European countries without visas and less hustle in travelling to most countries in the world like the USA makes it a must have
The one I enjoy most is travelling to other countries without demanding for a visa, except when travelling to Cameroon 😏 Bürgerrechte and consular protection abroad had also been my drive. Thanks for enlightening the public about this

I’d ask at the city council If 9 months in your current passport is enough The 7 years should be enough if you’ve completed the integration course too so go ahead and start application
@@kreasnenout5539 it depends on your situation. If you are married to a German citizen, 3 years, if not, 8 years. The good thing is, that you gotta keep your another EU citizenship. For non EU citizen it's difficult. They gotta give up their old nationality.
