I get he looks badass, a soldier on a horseis the symbol of the best of the best soldiers in medieval-like times but if we're going to fight a knight, at least set the stage on a battlefield or something outdoors.

i think out of all of the tracks, this one is the one that hits the hardest, i did this ending first (because i heard you could unlock the final job after doing so) so i didn't know the amazing twist was coming... and HOO BOY, i was uncontrolably hype...
God this version of the song is so fucking gorgeous. It almost feels a bit tragic at some points, the idea that Hikari's final battle has come to him drawing the blood or his own family for peace to come to Ku. But its necessary, for his peoples future

pretty sure it's because they have gameplay footage in the background. idk if it applies to all square enix games but every ffxiv ost video has gameplay and have been up for years
@@prismason One year later, but this is correct. Square Enix policies forbid people of uploading soundtracks except by those videos that have gameplay footage shown. That's why I'm always lurking around listening to soundtrack from Square games and leaving a reply in all of them that do not fulfill the above in hopes that even if they get their videos deleted, they would be able to post them again without worry.
