Huevos rancheros is absolutely devine I've never made it with the breadcrumb eggs sounds intriguing. I do a chicken chorizo tray bake with new potatoes and veggies which is divine and extra paprika of course 😋
Sophie have you tried making chocolate mouse with Tofu? Game changer - silken tofu, dark chocolate, maple syrup. Drain the tofu and put in a bowl or something and blend with melted chocolate a pinch of salt (optional) and maple syrup!!! Quick and AMAZING xxx
oh wow the ginger hack is so useful! i do store garlic cloves in the freezer but i didn't know about ginger and that you can still grate it, that's super useful thanks
Your videos are so helpful. I did your pasta sauce from a previous video ( hoop pasta ) where you boil the veg and throw the hoops in. It was delicious. I never would have thought. Youve got amazing ideas!😊
Love your videos. I love using things at hand to make something delicious We are having pasta bake tomorrow. I had some random tiny portions of various meats frozen - leftover roast pork and beef, 1 spicy chicken skewer. Some veg, lentils, plenty of garlic and pasata. It cooked whole afternoon in my slow cooker. I made it liquidy so tomorrow i can cook pasta in it. I will add pasta and some leftover soft cheese and ket it cook and then add cheese on top and serve with garlic bread. Cant wait :D
