After listening for a few seconds.... Oh man... It turned out to be an absolute heart melting experience. I did a BA in music and have seen many a times my teachers and class mates rolling tears down their cheeks while listening to classical concert experiencing pure bliss. But I never have experienced this myself and I thought to myself this is just some sort attention seeking behaviour. However I feel ashamed today that as I have to admit that the same has happened to me while listening to your ശങ്കര. It was the pallavi's long sustained notes with that dynamics that pricked my tear glands. I can't believe this because I was listening to major scale or ശങ്കരഭരണ raga Which is supposed to be a bright and happy raga and not to any tear jeking ragas like shivaranjini, ahiri, ahirbhairavi, shubhapanthuvarali or revathi to cry. Anyways long story short I feel that my heart renewed, cleansed and afresh. Thank you so much Vedamitra.

Felt the same. An experience of molten heart coming out as tears through eyes. Wow what a rendition, it is not the sankarabharanam notes but the shankarabaranam lyrics heard through out. Its great God bless to reach greater heights
