- Finally got a day without wind right at the end of October so I headed out to Quail Creek Reservoir to see if I could find some action. Turned out to be a successful day! I spent the majority of the day trolling for trout and I did well, even catching my largest Rainbow Trout to date! I spent a short amount of time looking for Bluegill/Crappie and Largemouth with no success. All Bows on this trip! All fish were released!

They put some nice fish in there...they have to if they don't want the huge bass to eat em' . Fun trout lake,.

You are just across from sand hollow if need to catch more fish that’s the place, I saw your videos on sand hollow before with your family and you guys caught a nice bass, bluegill

Never tried Quail Creek. Looks worth a trip.
Not sure if you've ever done it, but I'd be delighted to see a tour of your skiff, with any mods, features, how you stow it, fuel use, etc.
I've had a few people ask the same, I'll do a video in that regards in the near future!

Right around two mph, nice slow troll.
