I don't know of any Muslim who adds, "don't listen to the prayers of the Jews," when they do their prayers.
We dont, because the mercy of Allah swt is open to everyone. Maybe the dua of a Jew or anyone else could lead him to Islam. We do however make dua for victory of the Muslimeen!

I doubt moslems add that line to their prayers. However, the Torah teaches that Ishmael has spiritual merits as opposed to Esav (father of the Christians). You will notice that Ishmael ends with “el” which is one of the names of G-d as taught in the Torah. This means they have the merit of worshipping the ONE god as opposed to other nations. Also, due to their modesty, regular prayer and avoidance of some impure foods, they have extra merit. The biggest merit is they have circumsicion which god ordered for him to be at age 13. Due to these merits they are able to reside in the holy land of Israel for a certain amount of time until their merits run out.

Do not confound the truth with falsehood, nor shall you conceal the truth, knowingly.
2:47-48 Quran : O Children of Israel, remember My favor which I bestowed upon you, and that I blessed you more than any other people. Beware of the day when no soul can avail another soul, no intercession will be accepted, no ransom can be paid, nor can anyone be helped.
5:44-46 Quran : We have sent down the Torah, containing guidance and light. Ruling in accordance with it were the Jewish prophets, as well as the rabbis and the priests, as dictated to them in GOD's scripture, and as witnessed by them. Therefore, do not reverence human beings; you shall reverence Me instead. And do not trade away My revelations for a cheap price. Those who do not rule in accordance with GOD's revelations are the disbelievers. And we decreed for them in it that: the life for the life, the eye for the eye, the nose for the nose, the ear for the ear, the tooth for the tooth, and an equivalent injury for any injury. If one forfeits what is due to him as a charity, it will atone for his sins. Those who do not rule in accordance with GOD's revelations are the unjust. Subsequent to them, we sent Jesus, the son of Mary, confirming the previous scripture, the Torah. We gave him the Gospel, containing guidance and light, and confirming the previous scriptures, the Torah, and augmenting its guidance and light, and to enlighten the righteous.
5:59-63 Quran : Say, "O people of the scripture, do you not hate us because we believe in GOD, and in what was revealed to us, and in what was revealed before us, and because most of you are not righteous?" Say, "Let me tell you who are worse in the sight of GOD: those who are condemned by GOD after incurring His wrath until He made them (as despicable as) monkeys and pigs, and the idol worshipers. These are far worse, and farther from the right path." When they come to you, they say, "We believe," even though they were full of disbelief when they entered, and they are full of disbelief when they leave. GOD is fully aware of everything they conceal. You see many of them readily committing evil and transgression, and eating from illicit earnings. Miserable indeed is what they do. If only the rabbis and the priests enjoin them from their sinful utterances and illicit earnings! Miserable indeed is what they commit.
9:31 Quran : They have set up their religious leaders and scholars as lords, instead of GOD. Others deified the Messiah, son of Mary. They were all commanded to worship only one god. There is no god except He. Be He glorified, high above having any partners.
9:34 Quran : O you who believe, many religious leaders and preachers take the people's money illicitly, and repel from the path of GOD. Those who hoard the gold and silver, and do not spend them in the cause of GOD, promise them a painful retribution.

And were Allah to hasten for mankind the evil (they invoke) as He hastens for them the good (they invoke) then they would have been ruined. So We leave those who expect not their meeting with Us in their trespasses, wandering blindly in distraction. [Yunus 10:11]
وَالَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِهِ لَا يَسْتَجِيبُونَ لَهُم بِشَيْءٍ إِلَّا كَبَاسِطِ كَفَّيْهِ إِلَى الْمَاءِ لِيَبْلُغَ فَاهُ وَمَا هُوَ بِبَالِغِهِ ۚ وَمَا دُعَاءُ الْكَافِرِينَ إِلَّا فِي ضَلَالٍ
And those whom they (polytheists and disbelievers) invoke, answer them no more than one who stretches forth his hand (at the edge of a deep well) for water to reach his mouth, but it reaches him not. _And the Du'a (invocation) of the Kaafireen (disbelievers) is nothing but an error (i.e. of no use)._ [Ar-Ra'd 13:14]
