Interesting were did you drive it from Wagga 🤔I'd like to go to the red centre nats,my boss 260 gets 16s per 100 or about 14miles per gallon but I was pushing it from camooweal to three ways from Brisbane to Darwin when drove up recently. So that's what Id expect from a Cleveland ,ive had a couple of them and have soft spot for those motors, reliability is the most important thing though and sounds like you nailed that department ,i can see its got some go ,do you run 98oct . I didn't know Alice had that much elevation, no wonder it gets so cold in winter👍
@@hamishfullerton7309 G'day mate yep we went through Wagga both ways 98 ron only except a couple of stops that only had 95 so I added octane booster I remember doing my first performance run on a Cessna caravan with a PT6A 114 in Alice years ago and it was 40 deg first time that the target power had to be reduced on the chart in my experience could belive what the altimimeter read 1760 ft Cheers Blue
@@BluesShed Did you custom order these then, i don't see any offset mentioned on the websites that sell the 15's. I use to have 14x8 & 14x7 previously, but no-one makes the 14x8 anymore as far as i can tell. I just want them to fit with 265's on the back like the 14's did. - with rolled top lip.
@@BluesShed Yes please Blue, i have a year or 2 before mine will be on the road, so i have time to get the right rims. It's interesting that the globe knockoffs are around the same price ~ $350 each for the 15x8. choices...
