Did anyone else watch the show Breaking Pointe? Or Dance Academy? I LOVE ballet!! So glad this show is drawing more attention to the art form and putting the spotlight on young dancers!

Ahh so happy this series is back and in Miami! I am not even a dancer but I love this, it amazing how much focus a single person can have.
So excited about this second season! The first one really had a big impact on me and how I've grown to appreciate the art of ballet even more knowing the stories of the people behind it. Go Teen Vogue! Go students!
Also I would love to know how the other students from NY are doing now :)

I'm 12, nearly 13 and I just started ballet. I love it and have wanted to do it ever since I was a little girl. Even though I'm starting late, I love it and don't want to stop.

+justkissanamakeup poc is not only black. Its associated with anyone who has a tint to their skin and isn't full Caucasian. Asians, blacks, Hispanics , etc. is all associated with poc 😊

😭 I used to love in Miami and I was small and I remember that ballet I used to go that ballet I loved my teacher but then I had to move California and once I came I didn’t continue ballet 😭 and when I looked at this video I remember the library right next to the ballet school and now that I love seen this videos it looks so different 😭 I missed that place but I’m glad I’m moving back next year during the summer and sadly I’m older and once I move next year during summer I’m gonna be 15 so right now I’m 14 but my birthday is in December

Yes it is a payed job, unfortunately it pays very poorly.
+crazy peach Unless you are a star, it's hard to live off of the money made in a ballet company.
