To all of you young people...try this..get Fleetwoods greatest hits..put on some good headphones, enjoy your mind altering substance of choice..and welcome to NIRVANA! Listen to real musicians. Not condoning drugs..just relating a great experience.
I remember one of the last Visits to the Beach with my Grandparents. My Grandparents friend was staying with her Granddaughter Holly. I remember hearing this song. Became one of my Favorite songs. I sang this all night to my Now ex husband. It was my favorite song. I Loved this He albumn.
When you listen to Say You Will again, definitely check out Smile At You...its is an AWESOME song!! It was written in 82 for the Mirage sessions, but not officially released until 2003, for the SYW album!! A very haunting and cool song! (It should have been a single.)
Conmovedor video que muestra imágenes de un público hermoso que sigue y ama al grupo incondicionalmente. Buena filmación y excelente tema. Ellos son: música para siempre!!
The original Fleetwood Mac formed in 1967 and consisted of Peter Green, Mick Fleetwood, Jeremy Spencer and Bob Brunning (replaced by John McVie after a week) Christine McVie joined in 1968 and after various arrangements LIndsay Buckingham and Stevie Nicks joined. So the famous "Rumours line-up" was Mick Fleetwood,John McVie, Christine McVie, Lindsay Buckingham and Stevie Nicks....So who exactly are "the original three"?
You forgot to mention Danny Kirwin, Bob Weston, Bob Welch, and many more Christine McVie cristi Perfect) came after the first 5 (including Green proteges Spencer & Kirwin), had many #1's in the UK. Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac as the debut album was called by the record label much to his chagrin, included John McVie Mick Fleetwood & Peter Green all work together in John Mayall's Bluesbreakers prior to forming Fleetwood Mac and are generally accepted as the original Three.
True story - it leaked out eventually that Lindsay Buckingham tried to do a solo album - but the record label would not agree to publish it once they heard it. They suggested to Buckingham to see if he could team up with others in Fleetwood Mac to make another group album. It took another 5 years but they managed to get toegether enough to create "Say You Will." An album co-written by Stevie Nicks and Lindsay Buckingham, each who wrote half of the album that is very long. Interestingly enough, near the age of 70, Christine McVie has agreed to rejoin the band to make a new album in 2014. This will probably be the last album for this band, but expect all new music from them in the next couple of years and the first new album since 1987 where Christine McVie/Lindsay Buckingham/Stevie Nicks will all be writing new music together (hopefully collaborating as that is when they are usually at their best although Christine McVie has the biggest hits including the last top 10 hit, "Little Lies," off of "Tango in the Night."
Hello @music lovers In my opinion Stevie Nicks and Fleetwood Mac was one of the greatest guitar player Lindsey Buckingham was one of the best gatarist besides Jim Hendrix keep praying Stevie Nicks U are the best Joseph Jackiel
Can't understand why "Peacekeeper" wasn't a blockbuster hit. Great song.
Especially the demo. I much prefer the demo version to the one released on their album.

He is! Very old for me but he's a handsome man. Fleetwood Mac is one of the best bands in the history. They have written wonderful songs.

They lived everything they’ve written

BTW, Little Lies was co written with her then husband, Eddy Quintela.
Thanks for rehashing the Wikipedia article about Christine, yet still managing to get bits wrong! 😊

Not bad at all! But Christie is notably absent... :-(
only a goon would ask ridiculous questions about McVie, and talk of a "soap opera". Nice focus, there, eh. Not.
