we’re noticing a lot of people saying the dates are wrong so just clarifying that it does say January not February! The J just looks similar to an F 😂 (noting to not use this font again haha)
I love how Austin encouraged Becky to use the sawzall but stepped back and didn’t help her himself. Having someone who is encouraging but lets you learn things on your own in your own way is so valuable.
And to be honest I didn't even expected that she would know less/ have less experience than her husband, since she is so passionate about trying everything diy. 💪☺️
Wow the tile is insanely beautiful, I am genuinely so excited to see the final result. Was honestly a little upset when the video ended, this whole series is my favourite on this channel 🙌
I'm getting a little miffed about the makeovers being broken up to be honest. I think they should wait on the video so there's a full before and after instead of breaking them into parts. (Obviously not for a huge project but this could have been one video in my opinion.)
@@striketochill disagree. This was a complicated project and by midway through I was thinking there was no way to squeeze it into one video. I want to see all the steps so am glad for a 2-part video.
Aww Becky we all know you could tear that wall down!!! You and Austin make a great team and I love seeing it! You have no idea how excited I am about Rochelle’s series! We just bought out first home and I am so excited to make it my own. I am 50 and this is my first home !!! I’m so bleep bleep bleep excited!!!!!!!!!!
Love the style of your home. Your husband is so cute and funny. Don't worry..I'm an old grandma from Texas. I have 6 grandsons so I have a soft spot . The tile is fantastic!
Becky your home is looking absolutely beautiful. You have created a home so perfect and I’m so proud to have watched it all come together here. No doubt what you do next will be just as perfect. You are a true inspiration 🥰 Everything you Kelsey and the team create make me so thankful i have role models like you 🤍 Hey Kelsey I can’t wait to see your new kitchen and this Mother/room you are both working on 😃 so many exciting things to come 🤍
I’m not gonna lie Becky is my favorite maybe because I relate to her. The house is coming along so beautifully. I love the intro too. Austin and Danny the co stars. I live watching.
I started my pantry a year ago and I’m still not done because I could make one decision on wallpaper. 😂 This is so good to see…maybe it’ll inspire me to finish! 😊❤
I am pissed that I have to wait to see the end result 😂 I am so invested in this and cannnnnot wait to see it finished!!!!!! Looking amazing already, I love your style Becky!
This project is absolutely stunning and it looks just perfect! The skills of this woman are insane. I love how the house is turning out and I love the dynamics between Becky and Austin. Seriously guys you are couple goals to me ❤
I haven’t even finished the video yet but I just had to say that I love this style of content! I like being along for the journey and seeing the thought process and the thrifting. I also really enjoy seeing Becky and Austin work together, very wholesome vibes
Austin…French kiss!!! Yay! Fantastic idea!!! I lived through the 70’s and hated them, but you’ve styled it so beautifully that I love what you’re doing!
1. Looking great already! Finally transformation is bound to be striking. 2. So excited to hear about the Rochelle series. She has long seemed like such an asset to the team and a talent. I'm sure we'll learn a lot from her and watch her blossom in her new skill of camera presenting! A well deserved congrats!!
When I saw that tile on (with that trim around it too) I was just like speechless. It so so good and so perfectly even, oh my god it’s satisfaction for the eyes
Gotta love Becky's laid back attitude, when Austin cut the drywall crooked and she just agrees that the trim would look better although she obviously didn't want that outcome. I would have probably popped 4 new grey hairs out in that moment.
I LOVE the squeak on that mirrored cabinet door ..... but soooo much wood (a lot of which looks like a fence!)! And, as someone who lived through the first 70s incarnation - and really doesn’t want to revisit! - I am watching this with resigned amusement but avid interest! 😆
I love these videos and I cant wait to see becky's house fully renovated for their needs and style. However I would really prefer if we jsut get the videos with the reveals instead of it being divided into multiple parts. I don't mind waiting for videos to come longer.. I would prefer waiting than having this huge cliffhanger where I'm just feeling like an itch is not scratched lol...
I love Austin and Becky together 😭😭 literally couple goals and I’m happy we get to see Austin more often with this series, he’s so sweet and encouraging to Becky
I love everything about this project. I love that you took away the walls which opend up the space so much but left the lower walls which gives it that built in look. I love the tiles. They're so unique yet fit in this house as if they were made for it. The color will go so well with the walnut...Can't wait to see it finished. And I love that we'll get to see more of Rochelle.
As you were taking out the doors and the unnecessary divider between the doors, I was thinking- just get rid of the closet. And then you (and Austin) did! Becky, your videos have been fantastic lately, even better than before. Love what you’re doing to your new home!
Oh goodness Becky, I am loving what you have created in that space it is looking so amazing and I am so excited to see the next video, that counter top is wonderful, I am a fan of bamboo. And that tile is so beautiful. I love your 70's house the vibe you have going on is so wonderful. Happy Valentine's Day to you and Austin, and your sweet puppy. Sending love and hugs, bye! 🤗😍💜💜💕💖💝
This is a HUGE project, I’m honestly both super impressed but not surprised that Becky can tackle it! She has such an eye and great intuition, she makes everything look easy and as a DIYer, this was not an easy project!
That ugly vinyl tile was the floor of my basement bedroom and the rec room of the house I grew up in. Brought back a ton of memories. Of course, the walls were wood panelling. For years my mom swore she would renovate but the house was sold and torn down with the basement in all of it's 70s glory.
This looks amazing! I’m excited for you and I can’t wait to see the long awaited Rachelle do her thing! Love how this team has grown and diversified in everything from skill to style
I think her name is Rochelle as she's been introduced that way also on the vlog channel and there they said that she has the same amount of Tools at home as they have at their workplace and she learned a lot from her mom, really cool. :)
It looks amazing so far and I’m dying for part two!!!! Also, small ocd I have about this project. When she cut off the bottom part of the top cabinet hutch because it was not a shelf… I really wish she had just added a bottom piece to it to make it a shelf/cubby. Maybe it would not have fit my way and that’s another reason she cut it but I was just thinking more space to display pretty glassware.
That tile is a moment, really loving all the choices so far, so happy I'm not seeing white metro tiles like a lot of other bar DIY's go for. And damn, I'm so jealous of that potfiller. Can't wait for part two!
I opted for bamboo when I did my kitchen countertops. I love the lines of it. I’ve had it for just over a year now and I love it. It stands up to our busy and not overly careful family. We cook a ton and entertain a lot and it’s held up to the abuse perfectly. It’s been low maintenance as well. Putting in the pot tap was such a good idea. It looks super chic against that gorgeous tile. I have a feeling that tile is going to inspire whatever comes next in your kitchen. Excited to see how it all comes together. Much better use of that space then that ramshackle-y pantry/closet situation. ❤
Wow Becky you are just so inspiring! Can't wait to see how this works out 🥰 And excited for Rochelle's series too, so lovely to see your team growing and expanding into new roles 😁 x

Looks like at 6:35 it absolutely says "Fanuary"
You mean this didn't happen in Fanuary?
Lousy Fanuary weather!
I could not read the month for the life of me!! I thought it said kept saying Friday 🤣

it’s sawzaw
He just said "it's something you gotta learn" like that didn't feel respectful to me but that's just me I guess.
@@siobhanhenry9094 i didn't read it that way, im also neurodiverse/ASD and I say things bluntly like that all the time, out of love haha
@@kaidencemichelle8962no it's not 😂
I get so pumped when I see another video of Becky in her 70's house. It feels like hanging out with a friend and, hello, total home goals.
There's not one episode that passes that I don't look at you and think... Damn that girl's got great hair!
Same lol
For real. Goals for sure.
Lol I've got it saved for my next hc. ! I need those layers!!
When Austin opens the mirror.. 😂 I lol’d

Here’s an idea…don’t watch part 1 until part 2 is out 👍🏼😃💡
@@TamarLitvot I thought the same too, especially if there are wood finishing jobs
@@cheekyllamacreations There's no "part 1" mentioned in the title so I too am annoyed to have to wait for the second part.
i love how relatable and normal-people friendly this channel is. like i can actually do these things too.
Love to see Austin more often in videos! 😁
Didn't think a pantry/coffe bar makeover would be such a reno project, but I am here for it! It will be amazing!
Right?!
Excited about Rochelle’s series both because I need that education and because I love her!
UGH.... I hate when it becomes a multiple part-er.... Can I please request you put "Part 1' in the title? I love ya'll's videos!!!

Bamboo can be sanded down many times. I 💘 it. The tile is fantastic. This bar area is awesome use of space
I love how TheSorryGirls has grown their channel. It has elevated to a very professional channel but still remains personal and accessible.

I loved driving past an "ANT QUES" place because the "I" fell off, and the ideas of ants waiting in lines is funny.
Just screamed with anguish at having to wait to see the finished project! SO GOOOD! Becky you are smashing it with this house!
The tile is gorgeous! It looks so pretty with the dark wood
Everything is coming along SO cute! I’m ready for the kitchen backsplash tile to change into a 70’s vibe. That’s my vote for next project.
hahah its defs on the list
Too bad there wasnt enough of the red to do that side too!!
