The pig Kelsey picked up in the thrift store is called a “chanchito”. In Chile there is a small village called Pomaire and the people there believe that these three legged chanchitos or little pigs, bring good luck!
Omg yes!! I'm Chilean and was just about to comment that!! Un Chanchito de Pomaire! I wonder how that Chanchito travelled to L. A. 😅😂 I bet was an interesting journey hahaha
I’m Chilean as well!! As soon as I saw it’s cute lil face I freaked out!! It’s definitely a good luck charm and can be gifted to friends 🥰I hope u got it !!
Kesley’s photo was the best, plus she made the fruits a focal point. BUT, if it was only about the styling in general, Megan’s styling was BY FAR the best. I think the photo itself could be better, but it’s the only one that I could see in a design magazine that I would want to buy something from.
Megan’s was my fav for overall styling. I liked the composition on her shelves and the fake fruit felt very much like a part of the vibe. Becky’s idea was good, but I wasn’t a fan of the chess board on top of the checker tablecloth. Overall though, her photos were the most moody and I could picture them in a magazine. I loved Kelsey’s puzzle idea, but I wasn’t a fan of the overall composition - could be the table was too small so everything looked like it was in a grid. Fun challenge, though! I enjoyed being taken along as each of you explored different options and came up with your vignettes! That pear was so ugly, and I’m very impressed that you all found a way to work it into a style moment!
Paint them! Like if you're into a spooky or moodier vibe, like dark academia, paint them dark green, brown, or black. Into neutrals? Just a beige, like Megan's colander. 😊
Best thing for someone not willing to part with a few of them or to allow you to paint them all into a neutral color would be to put them all in a display. She should only pick out her favorites and then they should be displayed as a collection, together (not throughout the kitchen) in a curio cabinet, shelving, etc. Collections can feel cluttered and discombobulated when scattered throughout a room. It "cheapens" the effect that the visual eye can rest upon them without feeling tired at looking at scattered 'clutter', especially if the collection is pared down from "hoarder" to a more "museum" feel.
@@ifinicle interesting! I wouldn't call her a hoarder. The rooster motif is just spread out all over. There's maybe two actual rooster patterns, but there's rooster wallpaper and rooster hand towels, and the thing that holds the plastic bags has a rooster pattern too lol
lol at first I thought you were going to DIY the fruit!! like if Becky had wrapped the pear in sherpa to make a throw pillow for the bed, or Megan cut an ugly rooster in half and painted it beige as a bookend on a shelf, etc.!
I liked Kelsey's best because it felt the most real. I liked Becky's,but it bugged me that she had a pepper grinder, nothing pepper goes on, and a teapot but no cup. I know they were styling fake fruit, but the utility of the scene still impacts my appreciation.
I love option A. the puzzle in the bowl and just doing a corner of the puzzle is soo cute and inspiring. It’s like just casually building the corner of the puzzle with no rush. same vibe as a rainy saturday morning watching cartoons
i'm actually rlly shocked with the results, i love all of them but becky's vignette was more striking to me and it was very clear what she was trying to portray with her styling elements. it gave me a very warm, cottagecore vibes and i loved how that made me feel! megan's came straight out of a magazine, so if anything, i thought either becky or megan would've taken the win. kelsey's was great too, but it was lacking something for me. maybe it was the composition of the arrangement or the colours that played into it, something was off. but ig it all comes down to preference, since she won by a landslide. she also did utilize the fruits the best; making it a focal point of her vignette. so that makes a lot of sense too.
I loved Becky's first, then Megan's. I think Kelsey won because of her photo shot from above. In fairness, they all should've been shot from the same angle.
Well, I love the Sorry Girls, of course, but I have to say that I thought Megan's vignette was the best! I'm not on IG, so couldn't vote, but she would have had mine. ;)
Yessss! I’ve got watched Megan since her dance video days, and was so glad she made her channel more about DIY projects. Always thought The Sorry Girls and Megan should collab.
Looks like someone gave up the rooster life and donated their whole stash XD Also Megan is super lovely, am interested to see more of her creative spirit and energy
Kelsey's theme and items were my favorite, and the picture evoked a feeling, like being over at your grandparents cabin or kitschy Airbnb, and I genuinely liked the items she picked, like the coasters, puzzle, and corkscrew. I thought becky's composition was the best for the pictures, and it reminded me of a pic you would see in a vintage magazine from the 80s or 90s. Megan's I thought was the most modern looking, like you would see it in a current ad. Such a fun video!
I liked Becky’s the best, simply because I love a moody colour scheme! That’s a photo I would pin on Pinterest for sure! It looks natural but also put together because of the way the patterns and colours flow together 🍇🍐♟🫖
I'm really attracted to the color palette in Kelsey's vignette. To me, personally, hers made the most sense out of everyone's, as much as I love them all.
Love this video, the styling is very cute, and if I ever met a person who used a bowl to hold pieces for a puzzle they were actively working on, I would assume that person was a serial killer.
I loved becky’s bed set up the most visually!! the gingham fabric and the teapot was such a good vibe, i’m obsessed with all three though! so fun to watch the thought process of styling!
omg love seeing you together!!! so fun and i love all the vignettes! so pretty and aesthetic! the fruits are not "ugly" decor items for me haha they're such a vibe, though. hope to see you again together with Rachael! haha and also with Drew and MaCenna omg that would be bomb! 🤩🤩😍😍
Becky won this styling challenge by far…but Kelsey’s photography was more vibey! So i get why she won, the moody editing and aerial placement is more appealing on first glance
i feel like kelsey's style has much more character to it(?) bc she puts puzzles and books so when people see it they will immediately be like THAT'S IT that's the vibe we're going for! cozy and chill afternoon with a glass of milk? YES PLEASE
Oh wow guys. I think all of your design ideas were so much fun to see, and I liked all of them, you all are so talented at the DIY's. Another fun video to watch and I am really looking forward to seeing the next one, and glad you have Megan with you all. Sending love and hugs, bye for now.
If Becky's had actual tea or at least a tea cup, it would've tied it together more. Same for Kelsey -- if she had done a wine glass even with juice in it, the weirdly shaped wine opener would've gone better with the vignette. I think Megan's was overall the best!
I wish they just had like a cluster of people to be part of the sorry girls with all different styles, backgrounds and taste. They could build a empire 😭
"We are gonna tune it down with beiges because I am Megan batoon" cracked me up. This is awesome another collab with one of my favourite creator I love it!
I think based on the “ugly fruit” brief, Kelsey definitely won. Loved the casual Sunday afternoon puzzle mood. I actually really loved Becky’s set up but maybe just a tad too much going on. With Megan’s perhaps the angle wasn’t the greatest but I feel the rest of the props overpowered the fruit and I barely noticed it. Kelsey’s and Becky’s evoked an emotion for me like their scenes it had their own little story.
There's a reason those roosters are at the thrift store! 😂 Someone in our family decided that my mother was a rooster person...she's not. She kept getting rooster items that she eventually donated
No lie, I actually saw one of those pears at my local St Vincent De Paul! If I could post a photo here on UA-cam, I totally would have bought it just for a laugh!
Honestly Becky’s was my favorite it felt really intentional and like I could sit there and have breakfast and play chess maybe just needed a drink like tea or something Kelsey’s maybe with something to make it seem more alive like the real fruit trick, the other coaster felt off also, especially with the milk and bottle opener, maybe add a snack to eat while making puzzle, I do love the books living there, makes it feel lived in Megan’s had really amazing visual impact I love the way the colors are balanced and everything feels touched and is staged, that would’ve been my second pic Also I love this thrifting trend of taking ugly or non-conventional items you usually wouldn’t get and flipping them to something you would use
I missed the voting, because of my time zone. But I need to vote for Becky‘s trousers. The yellowish and the striped one as well. In every video, Becky‘s trousers are epic! But don’t misunderstand me, I love the style of Kelsey and Megan as well.
Such a big surprise! I would have voted Megan, Becky, and then Kelsey. The photos were all nice but I think Megan and Becky had a much harder space to work with.
I feel like the table really helped Kelsey over the top, it perfectly framed the vignette. PS, not sure if you were serious about Megan, she has a great energy you could really capitalize on, you would be a fool not to invite her in.
Each of the stylings would have made me very happy if it was in my house. Becky's was cozy, and most like what I would do, which is a lil haphazard, cuz that's how I roll for my own purposes. Meagan's was extremely pleasing to the eye & fit for a display in a fancy housewares store, just like she said. However, since the pear was the item chosen for the challenge, I thought it should have been more prominent in the vignette. Kelsey's display checked all the boxes: the pear was prominent, the theme was cohesive, and there was a surprise element- the puzzle in progress of assembly. Functional AND creative. Great job, guys!
Awesome video ladies! I hate when these girls spend $65 at the dollar tree to do crap makeovers. Why do they ignore the thrift shops? Thanks for recycling by going thriftin’! I love English Cottage, French Country, Shabby too.
I cannot accurately explain how much I wanted roosters included, and I feel so deceived. 😭😭
Me too!
Ditto.
It should have been a SIGN. I don't collect things but I think I would have started collecting with those roosters everywhere.
The pig Kelsey picked up in the thrift store is called a “chanchito”. In Chile there is a small village called Pomaire and the people there believe that these three legged chanchitos or little pigs, bring good luck!
Reminds me of the popoños in Professor laytons azran legacy
That’s amazing!! I hope they got it!! I wonder if that is why kels had good vibes with it 🥰
Now I want one! No wonder Kelsey felt less alone with it.. that’s some good stuff 😊

Big same!
Agreed- overall I thought Megan’s styling was the best but Kelsey showcased the fruit the best
Agree 100%, Megan won by a mile but they did her dirty with that pic!
hard sameeeee
Love Megan so much more than the other "3 sorry girl". Just very real. The other chick just seems pretentious
THIS EXACTLY!!!!!
I am EXTREMELY surprised Meagan’s came in last place. I thought hers was hands down the best.
exactly!!
Agreed! Like by a lot lol
Me, too. It looked effortless and natural. Not “staged”.
Same
Me too!!! It made the most sense and I could litterally see it in someone's kitchen
I was shocked when Becky's danish and raspberries were for the challenge. I legit thought she got those for a snack while DIYing
Would genuinely like to see how to style those ugly roosters because my mom is a big fan and the kitchen is covered with them 🥲
I think you lean into the kitschy kitchen vibe with them, is all.
Paint them! Like if you're into a spooky or moodier vibe, like dark academia, paint them dark green, brown, or black. Into neutrals? Just a beige, like Megan's colander. 😊
@@redvinesron I wouldn't survive to tell the tale hahaha
Best thing for someone not willing to part with a few of them or to allow you to paint them all into a neutral color would be to put them all in a display. That's what I thought too!
This is the kind of ideas I came here for!! I feel like if they do this again they have to be braver!
this would have honestly been better ideas lmao
I liked Kelsey's best because it felt the most real. I liked Becky's,but it bugged me that she had a pepper grinder, nothing pepper goes on, and a teapot but no cup. I know they were styling fake fruit, but the utility of the scene still impacts my appreciation.
Have the same thought about Kelsey though.. corkscrew and no wine 🍷 🤷🏽♀️
nah
If it wasn't for that dang pear, I would have chosen Becky's as my fave, but I love the colour palette and vibe Megan ended up creating!
Agree!
I read your comment as "danger pear" and was like, "ooo, I can't wait to see the danger pear"
Not halfway through the video and already loving Megan’s vibe!! She’s go such an easy friendly personality
She is great! I binged all her videos in one weekend when I found her channel a few months ago.
i was just about to comment when i saw this. totally agree
I love option A. the puzzle in the bowl and just doing a corner of the puzzle is soo cute and inspiring. It’s like just casually building the corner of the puzzle with no rush. same vibe as a rainy saturday morning watching cartoons

I preferred Kelley's precisely for the said reason.
Fruits stood out.
I love videos like this! It feels very OG Sorry Girls, it's so nostalgic
Exactlyyyy
YES
totally accept Megan as a 4th sorry girl, love seeing these amazing women having fun and getting creative!
I love Megan! This whole video is OG sorry girls vibes and Megan fits right in. Would love to see her more
Megan totally fits the Sorry Girl vibe!
So happy to see my favs collaborating! We need more of Megan on this channel.🥰
I loved Becky's first, then Megan's. I think Kelsey won because of her photo shot from above. In fairness, they all should've been shot from the same angle.
Well, I love the Sorry Girls, of course, but I have to say that I thought Megan's vignette was the best! I'm not on IG, so couldn't vote, but she would have had mine. ;)
I actually LOVED the way Megan styled the shelves! It looks so aesthetic
Yessss! I’ve got watched Megan since her dance video days, and was so glad she made her channel more about DIY projects. Always thought The Sorry Girls and Megan should collab.
BEEN OBESSED WITH BOTH OF YOUR CHANNELS. So excited to see y'all with Megan.
The book you picked up Tuesdays with Morrie is a really good book. It really made an impact on me.
Looks like someone gave up the rooster life and donated their whole stash XD Also Megan is super lovely, am interested to see more of her creative spirit and energy
I really like Becky’s especially as using the bed was so difficult
Two of my all time favorite UA-camrs coming together. I have wanted this to happen for SO LONG!! I think I manifested this 😁
I have literally been wishing for this Collab since forever!🥰
I think it’s the way Kelsey posted her photo but yeah, in real life would say the others looked better
The collaboration I’ve been waiting for my whole life 😍
Becky's was my favorite. Please do another contest like this with another UA-camr. I enjoyed this sooooo much.
AHHH YOU FOUND A 3 LEGGED CHILEAN GOOD LUCK PIG!!! (also called Chanchitos) given to friends/family as a lil good luck charm or a simple ily
Kelsey's theme and items were my favorite, and the picture evoked a feeling, like being over at your grandparents cabin or kitschy Airbnb, and I genuinely liked the items she picked, like the coasters, puzzle, and corkscrew. I loved Becky's first, then Megan' and Kelsey's, as always - great job girls

I'm really attracted to the color palette in Kelsey's vignette. To me, personally, hers made the most sense out of everyone's, as much as I love them all.
I honestly loved Becky or Megan's idea. Kelsey, you were just missing a bottle of wine for your cork screw!! 😋
Oh, that's weird. I def thought Megan won by a long shot. Megan's styling is always on point.
Love this video, the styling is very cute, and if I ever met a person who used a bowl to hold pieces for a puzzle they were actively working on, I would assume that person was a serial killer.
HAHAHAHA
Hey! I use bowls, loaf pans, pie pans...🤷🏼
I loved this episode so much
I loved becky’s bed set up the most visually!! the gingham fabric and the teapot was such a good vibe, i’m obsessed with all three though! so fun to watch the thought process of styling!
Becky’s was my fave😍 & Megan’s was definitely something you would see in a magazine! Love this.
It looks like the main theme is COZY! Different comfortable activities throughout the day!
Megan. Megan Megan Megan. THE BEST. I loved everysinglething about this episode! YESSSSSSS!!! So good!
I love Beckys idea breakfast brunch in bed sounds good right now
Can I also vote for Megan to become the 4th sorry girl? This is the best crossover ever lol
Megan!! Loved you in Netflix's "The world's most amazing vacation rentals".
In the words of Megan batoon: WELCOME TO THE FAMILY
omg love seeing you together!!! so fun and i love all the vignettes! so pretty and aesthetic! the fruits are not "ugly" decor items for me haha they're such a vibe, though. hope to see you again together with Rachael! haha and also with Drew and MaCenna omg that would be bomb! 🤩🤩😍😍
i love how there's a story in each set up
This was such a cute challenge! Also, I love Megan 🥰🥰 Love when my faves collab
Becky won this styling challenge by far…but Kelsey’s photography was more vibey! So i get why she won, the moody editing and aerial placement is more appealing on first glance
I LOVE this idea!! Please do more videos like this!
“Tuesdays with Morrie” is a great book!
Becky’s is the bomb. It creates a beautiful, peaceful story.
I loved Meagan’s and she is a good new find for the team 😊
I can see how Kelsey's won simply because it had the more eye-catching color story. There were so many bold tones that played well together.
what about the composition?
I love how they turned thrift shopping into a game and then connected that with design 😍😍😍
i feel like kelsey's style has much more character to it(?) bc she puts puzzles and books so when people see it they will immediately be like THAT'S IT that's the vibe we're going for! cozy and chill afternoon with a glass of milk? YES PLEASE

Everything looked so beautiful! You girls are great
"We are gonna tune it down with beiges because I am Megan batoon" cracked me up. This is awesome another collab with one of my favourite creator I love it!
Omg you guys should make more videos like this !!! I loved it , makes me want to do it with friends lol
I LOVED this! How fun is it to watch 2 of your favorite DIY channels in one?!
Please do as many collaborations with Megan as possible!!!
That exact edition/cover of “Freedom Train” was/is in my parents’ house growing up. Definitely read that. Now I’ll probably read it again.
I voted for Becky’s on insta, love the breakfast in bed vibes! But amazing job to all 3 of you!!!
There's a reason those roosters are at the thrift store! 😂
Someone in our family decided that my mother was a rooster person...she's not. She kept getting rooster items that she eventually donated
this collab made me so happy
Megan's was the best, the photo didn't do it justice.
Megan's shelf looks gorgeous in the video, but Becky's portraits look so beautiful ❤️ Think it's a tie between the two!
No lie, I actually saw one of those pears at my local St Vincent De Paul! If I could post a photo here on UA-cam, I totally would have bought it just for a laugh!
Honestly Becky’s was my favorite it felt really intentional and like I could sit there and have breakfast and play chess maybe just needed a drink like tea or something
Kelsey’s maybe with something to make it seem more alive like the real fruit trick, the other coaster felt off also, especially with the milk and bottle opener, maybe add a snack to eat while making puzzle, I do love the books living there, makes it feel lived in
Megan’s had really amazing visual impact I love the way the colors are balanced and everything feels touched and is staged, that would’ve been my second pic
Also I love this thrifting trend of taking ugly or non-conventional items you usually wouldn’t get and flipping them to something you would use
I missed the voting, because of my time zone. But I need to vote for Becky‘s trousers. The yellowish and the striped one as well. In every video, Becky‘s trousers are epic! But don’t misunderstand me, I love the style of Kelsey and Megan as well.
I love Megan and Becky's vignette more than Kelsey's. I feel like the two put enough items and styled it beautifully. Kelsey's just lacks something.
This has inspired me to collect all of the prolific rooster paraphernalia and create a cock wall in my bedroom
Y'all should know the kitchen is a farm and the bathroom is the ocean. That's why there's so many rosters. IYKYK
I fell like the bed styling was missing a tray. That would've completed it! :)
NOT ME DOING A DOUBLE TAKE WHEN I SAW THE THREE OF YOU TOGETHER! Obsessed! 🥰😍
wait why do i miss us already
you seem a perfect fit for the sorry girls! hope you are officially joining the team 💜
You totally fits in here 😭😭😭💙
😭😭😭
"Sometimes you don't know what you're doing until you do it."
Megan Batoon, Zen Master
Such a big surprise! I would have voted Megan, Becky, and then Kelsey. The photos were all nice but I think Megan and Becky had a much harder space to work with.
I felt the same exact way
Agreed.
I really like Meghan 😊, she fits right in with them like she’s been there all along
Tbf that coffee table more than pulled its weight in those photos, it's lovely.
I read that book in the 4th grade!!! “The Freedom Trail” 😂 it was soooo good!!! Thank you for pointing it out, Kelsey!
This is the collab I didn't know I wanted. Has anyone else watched Megan's UA-cam channel before this?
I love Megan her spirit is so fun!! I think you guys all rock that Challenge!!
Adding fresh food items made it more relatable and inviting.
I feel like the table really helped Kelsey over the top, it perfectly framed the vignette. PS, not sure if you were serious about Megan, she has a great energy you could really capitalize on, you would be a fool not to invite her in.
You all got a fake pears and grapes. That’s funny. Megan had a good time love her enthusiasm
Great job, guys!
the collab i didn’t know i needed im crying
I love Megan Batoon!!!!❤❤❤ Thank you for having her!!!❤❤❤
kelsey: *heavy breathes like its revolutionary comedy*
girl u were so wonderful without trying whats going on lately !!!
Option B appeals to me the most :) I didn't like the oversized pears either, but B made it look the best!
Awesome video ladies! I hate when these girls spend $65 at the dollar tree to do crap makeovers. Why do they ignore the thrift shops? Thanks for recycling by going thriftin’! I love English Cottage, French Country, Shabby too.
I love this new Megan so instantly!!
