acachete!
Totally agree
best ever
I'm sewing. It isn't fitting, but you're 100 percent correct
when this album came out , that slang didn't exist , what slang did we use to use to say that it amazing ???
I remember hanging out on my Window listening this when i was like 13-14 years old , thinking about how "hard" life was lol, now im 31 still listening this on other country, still thinking how fucked up this world is. Rip Ches, you Will never be forgotten
Helllll yeah
lol I got this album in 5th grade? I feel that
U got that right buddy I'm wit u on this I was 14-16 blaring tf outa this album and the song runaway due to the depression moments I was going through as a teenager alot of things had badly happened and I shut down to this album and when I'm mad or having depressed moments I play this album it expresses how I feel inside that I can't put to words on the outside
Well I'm 24 now, listening this in a war torn third world shithole, expecting to go any day now. Hope I'll be able to move on too, and look back at this moment from a better place whichever it may be.
41. Things will never change.
24 years later I am still listening to this masterpiece
Best album ever imo
🔥🔥🔥
Ditto 🤘😎🤘
✌️✌️✌️🇲🇽🤟🤟🤟
W!
I used to listen to this album back in the Philippines when I was single, now my son is driving my car with me in the passenger seat after we snowboard in the mountains of Canada! Life is great! Rip Chester
This is so awesome! Give me goosebumps...
@@carlossouza7861life is awesome
They were ahead of their time. The mixing was one of the best ever.
Its you who have always kept me alive and out of depression
the transitions are SMOOTH
Thanks
This album is why I yell "TRANSITION" at bad djs.
Such a legendary album ❤
best ever 2001 world album.
Please believe it.
Once upon a time . My room wall full of Linkin Park posters. I miss Chester
you and me both
I live in Poland. I also had Linkin Park posters on the wall. Those were the times when almost all my friends had them. We dressed like Chester and Mike. Eyebrow piercings. We met at our friends' house and listened to this brilliant album. This happened at a time when my country was just getting back on its feet. Just 10 years earlier we were behind the Iron Curtain... Beginnings of the Internet, cable television (VIVA, MTV). Western culture and music was finally available and... oh God, how it changed us - young people. It shaped our generation and left a colossal impact on our minds. These times, although difficult, were magical for me and my generation. It was a time of change, the beginning of "something new", a breakthrough in music, technology and media. There was so much going on at that time
Start to finish these are all bangers. I love this album, I think I was like 12 when it came out.
91, it came out 2003, I was 12 too. This album hits so much different now that I'm 32. I'd say it's been an easy 5 years I didn't listen to them, now that I've returned ....... I relate with this album so much, especially my 25-29 years.... So wild.
@@nurskarbz4105 I thought this came out when I was doing MMA, I was 23 then & it was in all the gyms. But it did come out in 2000 :-/ I didn't hear a single song off the album until '03 at least!
Ur a kid wait for the future of music ur probably part of that 🎉
Desde los 14 y sigo escuchandolo esto era linkinpark rip chester \m/
@@nurskarbz4105 Alas I was not even a year old when this album came out, nowhere close to being old enough to appreciate this kind of music to begin with, but I do remember Linkin Park in the credits of some of the films I used to watch. Recently I've been on a nostalgia (almost anemoia) spree and some Linkin Park was basically mandatory.
I remember riding my bike to middle school with a cd player and this album in my backpack. Smashing through the neighborhood. Good days.
lol i got into electronics at a young age and wired up a little battery pack for some old computer speakers and would just blast this album on the way back home from the bus stop after school on heelys
Lol and you need the CD players with track protection or whatever so if you were walking rough it won't skip
This is a timeless piece of art.
R.I.P. Chester ♡. This playlist mix is a masterpiece ✨️ Thank you 🙏 SO much. Great work 👏 👍
Hahaha this isn't a playlist...this is a single album. Back in the day the goal was to make EVERY song on your album good. Especially your flagship launch album. This is that.
😅O 12:10 Ô kgt😮6n7😊gk😮k😊
Todos sabíamos que Chester en el fondo estaba quebrado 😔
damn this holds up decades later, i actually think LP are under rated still
Linkin is def not underrated but most kids these days dont like or go try to find music from the same era of linkin park at all.
Introduced my 10yo to Linkin Park, he said he's never heard lyrics so good 💜
This and hybrid theory reanimation were probably my favorite album as a young teen.
a place for my head
I remember the year this came out. and the boom boxes of the era and blasting this album as loud as it would go we all miss you Chester RIP sleep well my friend
"I tried so hard and got so far. But in the end it doesn't even matter. I had to fall to lose it all, but in the end it doesn't even matter. I put my trust in you, but in the end it doesn't even matter."
That is so deep lyrics.
transition between runaway to by myself is very gooood
one of the greatest songs of all time :)
One of the best albums ever.
24 years ago I lived in the USA the best music we miss you Chester
NUNCA OLVIDAR ESTA BANDA Y DISCO,MAGISTRAL.
i remember seeing one step closer in 2000 and not becoming a fan. 20+ years later i listen to this and realize this is a great album, no bad tracks and still connects to me personally all these decades later. i slept on this band hard.
It was never about you. You are in the minority. On behalf of all linkin park fans, please go away, we don't want you, or need you. Ok?
Brings back memories😀😅
March 2024!! Loving it!! Miss ya chester!!
One of the best ever linkin park left to soon rip but you music lives in the heart and mind of millions
True I’m 1 of them people
Love the simplest yet awesome transition you put in ❤ LP Crawling got me in when I was a child, every time my skin goes goosebumps of it !!!!
Quem em 2024 ainda está escutando? muitooooooo bom
EUUUUUUU
Eu! Obra prima! Um dos melhores álbuns de Rock de todos os tempos, simplesmente perfeito.
Aquí estoy escuchando y seguiré hasta el fin de mis días ❤❤❤ami a Linkin Park
I have seen LP live in Edmonton ,Sonic Boom Festival in 2012 with Incubus. Could barely hear Chester sang because the crowd sang very loud. But its a great feeling! Greatest feeling in the world
It really is hard to believe this music is 25yrs old..LP was so far ahead of their time
The type of music that gets You amped up.
Crazy to think so many people told this sort of music was leading kids astray. These songs helped me process feelings I had no way of understanding when I was a teenager, and I honestly dont know if I'd still be here if it wasnt for LP, 3DG and many other bands. RIP Chester, thanks for everything.
Memories to come.
Recuerdo mis tiempos en el colegio con estas canciones ❤ tuve este disco
‘By myself’ brings me nostalgia from a few years ago riding in the car with my sibling whom i still talked to back then. Her happy with her linkin park hoodie and me happy to be in the car at night going through the lit city with pretty lights and elegant decorations. Just me liking the beautiful music. Now i actually listen to this and she no longer even talks to me or looks at me that often.
That’s rough buddy
Piece of memory will remain forever.
You're so right.Still listening almost every day❤😢

I remember my grandma thought the C.D was scratched😂
The fvck😂😂😂
@irsyadbajre1717 no joke lol. I was 5 and I didn't want her to take it back. She did, and she called best buy that the 4 cds she had purchased were all scratched. So, I introduced some of my friends
Bless her heart ❤️ lol

That's a better story than my mother discovering and throwing out the window my white zombie la sexorcisto cassette

Amo la voz de Chester en A place for My head ❤
My favorite album ever!!!!
I was listening them when I was 10 yo, and now 32 😂 real music, nowadays no music like that
There's plenty of music in our day and age. We have access to almost everything made in recent history, on the internet. You just need to explore more.
Just as good as it was 24 years ago
timeless
Album to my life. I've felt most of these songs at one moment in life.
Same me
This song never gets old
I was knee high to a grasshopper when I got this but I’m pretty certain I had reanimation 1st , hybrid then meteora… blessed child hood I feel so sorry for kids today will never appreciate things like we did and the same can be said for my generation being 91 but the difference is 60s ,70s 80s where all amazing so I’ve been told you’d have to go back to 50s for the appreciation to rise but now it’s all expected sheesh 🙄
