I have been doing the Serious Growth training system ( refined Bulgarian Power Burst lifting system of the 1980’s ) since High school , I’m 48 now. I’ve switched it up and tried the Strong Lifts 5x5 during the summer . Because I’ve heard it from Rian Stone in his book Praxiology vol.1 I’ve noticed then my physique getting better. Then I figured I go back to my old training system . I didn’t feel or see the difference. So now as of today ( 11/11/2024 ) I’m getting back on the Strong Lifts 5x5 program. This is great episode. Guys getting together and talk about fitness and diet and nutrition and the mental aspect of it all for a man.

Yeah. Meds shouldn't be an option unless something is broken. And then the focus should be on fixing the problem, not combating the symptoms.

Note about carnivore-> you are supposed to eat fatty meat until it stops tasting good. I recommend beef and cook it rare

I do! I did add spinach and rice cause I wanted to gain a bit to be less cold during winter

3500 kcal/day? I think I do 2200 and I've gained weight since summer. Will have to do a major cut in the spring.
