Chris Farley was a precious gem. He would wreck himself to make us laugh without reservations. He deserved better, even in a van down by the river. We miss you bud.
Well put...except I think a van down by the river would've been just what he wanted. So long as Spade, the cheesecake factory and a pay phone to call his brothers were nearby.
"Tommy just sold a half a million brake pads? TOMMY. JUST. SOLD. A. HALF. A. MILLION. BRAKE PADS!!!!!!!" Great choice. This movie is endlessly quotable and is an all-time classic. RIP to Chris Farley
I love how this movie is able to have such sad and serious scenes when the dad dies and still be one of the best comedies in my opinion. I feel like Farley could have been really good in dramatic roles if he had been given the chance.
One of the greatest comedies of the decade. Good Job... I don't think anyone else has reacted to this one. So many classic lines from a great duo Farley and Spade.
Yessss!!! I was debating what to do, certain things will get it demonetized and I didn’t know if I wanted to risk it, and it was also like 2 am editing and I was like …bump it, CUT 😂
This was a great comedy - glad you're doing it. My two favorite moments were: "It's alive!!!" (the deer) and "What did you do?!!!" (the car door). If you're taking comedy requests, my two picks would be: MY COUSIN VINNY (1992) and THE THREE AMIGOS (1986) Thanks. I'm enjoying what you do -

Farley and Spade were such a great comedic team. Black Sheep is another great film of theirs. The scene in this movie where Richard is pretending to be the maid for housekeeping was taken from real life. Spade would do that to Farley everyday they filmed and Farley would fall for it every time.
Chris Farley was a living legend, but legends never die, they stay with us as we carry the memory of them on. I recommend watching the biography on Chris Farleys life, it’s very well done and provides commentary from his family and friends.
I just watched the I am Chris Farley documentary Chris Farley was a very humble and kind and a sensitive person I look at Chris Farley so differently now I found out that Chris always preformed at the children’s hospital
The other day, I saw one of my managers accidentally scaring one of my coworkers, making them slip something out of their hand. I went Tommy Boy and asked, "What'd you do?" We started laughing. Makes me glad I was born in the 90s.
The actor who plays Tommy's dad , was also in the movie " Cocoon " and also " Rambo " . As well as other movies. The actress who plays the step mom , was in a comedy back in the days called " 10 " with Bo Derek , Julie Andrews & Dudley Moore .
Don't know if you've done any of these yet. But I'm just throwing them out there. The Exorcist, Jaws, Die Hard, The Godfather parts one and two, Scarface, Capricorn One, Death Wish (the original starring Charles Bronson) Poseidon Adventure (original that had an All-Star cast) Doctor Strange Love, Paper Moon, Almost anything by Clint Eastwood. I could go on forever. So many reactors seem to concentrate on movies only from the last 30 years. Especially if they are about comic book characters or superheroes. There are so many great movies from the '50s to the early '80s. That I think you would enjoy and would be worth reacting to. Take care stay safe and be well.

This movie was made by the Saturday Night Live clan. Many of the actors here are SNL alumni and some of these plots were based on SNL skits. Check out Wayne's World 1 & 2, Coneheads (1995), Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo (1999), Night at the Roxbury (1998), and The Ladies Man (2000).

So true! I was surprised that it took that turn, but it didn’t feel unnatural or forced.
He was originally chosen to play Fatty Arbuckle in a biopic, but things went south because of his drug addiction.
