2floridasoles thank you! you’re welcome. There are several more “off trail” waterfalls that i didn’t add to this. Something for an upcoming video 😉 right.
Dry Falls is in the Nantahala National Forest just outside of Highlands, NC. It isn't part of the Great Smoky Mountains. But, yes you can walk behind it and it's awesome.
hey buddy saline scott sent me over i subbed you come on over to any one of my live streams and we will see about getting you some dark side love buddy . falls sure are pretty . nice shots .
Johnny on the Trail thanks, been to abrams falls when I visited in 2017, but there was a lot of tourists. I don’t mind hiking to get to a place as long as it’s not like a 12 hour hike round trip. Looking forward to going again in a few weeks. Thanks for the recommendations
It's on the Hazel Creek Trail, I started up at Clingmans Dome and hike down to the lake where I had a boat shuttle pick me up. the small cascades there at 7:30 I saw the biggest trout at, still on the Hazel Creek Trail.

Which waterfall is the most visiting for?
that's a great question. IMO i believe it's Laurel Fall, Rainbow Fall, Abrams Falls are the most visited.
Is Dry Falls not another waterfall like Grotto that you can walk behind in the Smoky Mtns?

Hey Welcome DIY Dark Matter! I'll definitely catch an upcoming live stream. Thanks on the waterfalls. they sure are pretty.
If you had to pick only 2 to visit, which ones would you hike to?
It depends on how far ya want to hike. I'd recommend Rainbow Falls, and or Abrams Falls both are about 5 miles round trip.
