Hey Sangeetarist please listen to 'aa pukare tujhe' by Sonu Nigam. A very underrated song. He has also played with vocals in that song like you said for Rafi sahab.
According to the songs I have listened till now this is what I feel ...I might be wrong so please correct me Kishore kumar ji -changes vocal texture acc to song and also many different singing techniques like yodelling and sometimes a sad tone and sometimes a happy tone depending on song and many more Udit narayan ji and Kumar sanu ji-same vocal texture but changes the way of expressing it Kk sir- same vocal texture in all songs but sing with different feel Sonu ji- can also change vocal texture sometimes and also use so many harkats and classical techniques to change the feel of a song Arijit Singh - change his vocal texture acc to the song like nasal tone or full chest tone or rough tone or smooth tone Papon-nasal tone in most songs ... beautiful lower range ...perfect for gazals ...he knows his zone Correct me if I'm wrong ....I'm always eager to learn new things .......it's amazing how we can learn about music just by listening to songs without learning classical and can tell apart whether someone sings on pitch or not although we don't know the knowledge about scale and all
kK SIR don't have same vocal textrure all time he change his vocal tune in mood of songs he can singh any songs with different tune. You listen to KK more than you will understand. KK SIR can singh any genre songs and he can singh even today generation singers songs by changing his voice modulation eg YAARA RE, JEENA ISIKA NAM HEI he can singh anything.

@Sangeetarist Brother, mujhe lgta h ki iss art ko apne songs m bakhubi prayog kr pate Arijit Singh (Gurudev), example - Tujhe yaad kar liya hai, aa....yat ki tarah....... What's your opinion?
Bhai, maine bhi abhi music ko apne level par samajhna shuru kiya hai. Aapki baaton se completely relate karta hu. Wo expressions wala factor aajkal most of the songs se missing hai aur isliye mujhe wo gaane achhe bhi nhi lagte.isliye mai mainly old songs hi sunta hu. Retro me feel hai❤❤.
Sangeetarist par hi aise video aa sakte hai, Shandaar bhai sahab. Aur bhi aise video banaye aur is dynamic ke liye O duniya ke rakhwale song par jarur banaye. Aise hi thode subscribe kiye is channel ko, aise content ke liye hai.
Yes, expressing of emotions through each word are very rare in singing... there is a song by composed by AR Rehman "bharat humko jaan se pyaara hai" ushke expressions bhi bahut aache h
Perfectly explained... I believe Manna Dey is one singer jinko kabhi bhi woh izzat nahin mili jo unhein milni chahiye thi... He has been one of the best when it comes to emoting things lekin kabhi bhi unke talent ko, mehnat ko yaa unke gaaye hue gaano ki variety... The Bengali audience is aware of the level of variety that Manna Dey displayed... He was also excellent in comedy but jab comedy ki baat aati hai hum sirf Kishore da ka naam lete hain which is slightly disappointing... So it was really good to hear you mention Manna Dey
Agree with you 100%. Even when sonu nigham was singing and when there was kumar sanu and udit narayan and even kk, there were expressions. But since 2015 singers don’t focus on expressions and just run after sur which they later fix in editing. They only want views.
I love that Md. Rafi sahab ji's Song "Aye Gulbadan" from the movie "Professor" in 1962 just because of dynamics in the voice and beautiful expressions on it. Please also listen to it bhai and please if you can correct me on it.😊😊❤️❤️ Thank you so much for making such kind of videos of these topics which the today's vocalists have to keep in mind😌😌❤️❤️
You are right Aye gulbadan song has many variations I mean Mukhda is High pitched followed by low pitched anataras pitch is continuously changing yet the feel Rafi sahab had given to it makes it one of the best romantic tracks sung by him You can also listen jaan e bahar husn Tera bemisaal hai by Rafi

Naye gaano shor zyada sunai deta hai
Hey Sangeetarist please listen to 'aa pukare tujhe' by Sonu Nigam. A very underrated song. He has also played with vocals in that song like you said for Rafi sahab.
Agar copyright wala issue nahi hota to ye video aur kitni acchi hoti, can't be imagined..
Do make more such kind of videos. They are much more informative than your many other one. Impressive!
You have just unlocked the treasure of hindi film industry
The singers you discussed we can't get them any more. They are ever green. No one can replace them. That era was great music lyrics singers.
Make part 2 of this video with modern songs and singers🤩🤩🤩
According to the songs I have listened till now this is what I feel ...I might be wrong so please correct me
Kishore kumar ji -changes vocal texture acc to song and also many different singing techniques like yodelling and sometimes a sad tone and sometimes a happy tone depending on song and many more
Udit narayan ji and Kumar sanu ji-same vocal texture but changes the way of expressing it
Kk sir- same vocal texture in all songs but sing with different feel
Sonu ji- can also change vocal texture sometimes and also use so many harkats and classical techniques to change the feel of a song
Arijit Singh - change his vocal texture acc to the song like nasal tone or full chest tone or rough tone or smooth tone
Papon-nasal tone in most songs ... beautiful lower range ...perfect for gazals ...he knows his zone
Correct me if I'm wrong ....I'm always eager to learn new things .......it's amazing how we can learn about music just by listening to songs without learning classical and can tell apart whether someone sings on pitch or not although we don't know the knowledge about scale and all
kK SIR don't have same vocal textrure all time he change his vocal tune in mood of songs he can singh any songs with different tune. You listen to KK more than you will understand. KK SIR can singh any genre songs and he can singh even today generation singers songs by changing his voice modulation eg YAARA RE, JEENA ISIKA NAM HEI he can singh anything.
@@pallabphukan8304 he changed the feel not vocal texture as he always sang on clear voice ...I never heard him singing in rough voice or too much breathy voice ....he changed the feel according to the song
Your videos are motivation to become a musician for me, Thanks for creating such knowledge packed videos
Did you listen this song "Man ka behkabe na aa,man raha vulaye vram mai dale".....best serial music ❤
Rocky aur rani ki prem kahani ke album ka review kar dijiye Ojesh bhaiya still waiting 😢
Akele Hai Chale Aao Jahan Ho...Sung By Md Rafi
This is so wholesome!!! Informative! Feels like coming from a true passonate person for music!!!
A song name "mere mehboob tujhe meri muhabbat ki kasam" by rafi saab is the perfect example
Great video.wanted to share two songs -janne vo kaise log the , ye duniya agar mil bhi Jaye to kya hai
Bohot hi behtareen tarike se present kiya h tumne ❤
Rafi sahb k gaanay sunnany k baad kissi aur k gaanay sunnany ka dil nai krta. Kya awaz kya voice control, kya range kya emotion 💯
Thank you for this video! Absolutely loved it!
Very nice video... even in happy mood old songs had so much of expressions...
@Sangeetarist
Brother, mujhe lgta h ki iss art ko apne songs m bakhubi prayog kr pate Arijit Singh (Gurudev), example - Tujhe yaad kar liya hai, aa....yat ki tarah....... What's your opinion?
Bhai, maine bhi abhi music ko apne level par samajhna shuru kiya hai. Aapki baaton se completely relate karta hu. Wo expressions wala factor aajkal most of the songs se missing hai aur isliye mujhe wo gaane achhe bhi nhi lagte.isliye mai mainly old songs hi sunta hu. Retro me feel hai❤❤.
Wow very nice research Bhai ji.
Mujhe nahi lgta koi UA-cam me itne special topic soch bhi skta he..hats off
Bahut kamaal ka video bnaya hai dost ❤
Mukesh ji was greatest legend ✨
Bhai please do more of retro songs , infact a break down of whole songs.
That pukarta chala hu at last 😂
this is why we Subscribed you!! ❤🫠🫡
Sangeetarist par hi aise video aa sakte hai, Shandaar bhai sahab. Aur bhi aise video banaye aur is dynamic ke liye O duniya ke rakhwale song par jarur banaye.
Aise hi thode subscribe kiye is channel ko, aise content ke liye hai.
Ankh bhar aayee agar, ashko ko mai pee lunga, bahut achha gaya bhai apne.
Bro, excellent presentation. Too good
Plz do some video on retro classics of Rafi ji, Kishore ji, Manna sahab, Hemant Kumar ji and others..
My favourite Singer Kishore Kumar ❤️❤️
Thank you so much bro this helped me a lotttttt..stay blessed.. राधे राधे ❤️❤️
I love that Md. Rafi sahab ji's Song "Aye Gulbadan" from the movie "Professor" in 1962 just because of dynamics in the voice and beautiful expressions on it.
Please also listen to it bhai and please if you can correct me on it.😊😊❤️❤️
Thank you so much for making such kind of videos of these topics which the today's vocalists have to keep in mind😌😌❤️❤️
I didn't know that there was this much variety of expression and feeling in a song . But I am really impressed by this video. Absolute shandar
