    Aquatic exercises are really great. I have been using the pool almost daily for two months and can confirm that these exercises work. I started doing these in preparation for knee replacement surgery. My legs are so much stronger that I have very little pain. My goal has been to strengthen my muscles for easier recovery and I am confident I will quickly recover. Will be back in the pool as soon as I can after surgery. Easy on the joints. Makes one feel better because you are achieving actual results.
